Chapa was currently at home, crying into her pillow. Chloe had told her Mom what happened. Chapas mom was rubbing Chapas back as Chapa continued to wail.
"ITS ALL MY FAULT."
She cried. A yell was heard outside. Chloe ran to the window. Outside Harper and Justin were yelling.
"HARPER I DID THIS SO WE COULD BE CLOSE AGAIN! YOU KNOW I STILL LOVE YOU!"
Harper scoffed.
"THEN YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE HIT ON MY GIRLFRIEND!"
Harper cried.
"I DIDNT KNOW YOU TWO WERE DATING!"
Harper looked down before screaming.
"THATS NOT THE POINT! JUSTIN I TOLD YOU THAT ONE DAY, MAYBE WE COULD GET BACK TOGETHER. BUT THAT DAY WE FOUGHT ABOUT ME MOVING I SAID WHAT I MEANT, AND MEANT WHAT I FREAKING SAID! I TOLD YOU TO NEVER INTERRUPT MY LIFE EVER AGAIN! WHY CANT YOU ACCEPT THAT IM HAPPY NOW!"
Harper teleported away before an ice beam hit her.
Chapa had quieted down. Chloe ran over and smiled.
"I think Harper won."
Harper was in her room crying as she sang.
You beat me down,
But I'll get up,
This were you give up.
I hear you yell,
I hear you scream,
But baby don't you look at me.
I gotta rock this world,
I gotta see this clearly,
Now I know that I won't be hurt.
This is my time,
This is my world,
This is my universe that I know that will learn to treat me right.
So you can say I'm a monster,
And you can call me fool,
But look in my eyes now,
Am I worthless still?
Harper was calmer now.

The kids all sat quietly in the classroom. But the one thing that was different, it was set up as a court room.
"Before we get started, I want you both to know... that the jury is on nobody's side. The diffident statement is that the plaintiff cheated on her with a male friend, who she had previously had feelings for, and ignored them when asked simple questions."
Harper frowned as she looked over to Chapa.
"The diffident wants the plaintiff to be punished, by having a restraining order, until things can be made up, and no crime fighting for a month. Any questions? If not, we will get started with our first witness of the events, Miss Manchester, please come up to the stands."
Harper marches up and sat at the desk.
"Tell is why Miss De Silva should be punished."
Harper looked up with puppy eyes.
"She was a bad girl."
Harper muttered.
"Awwww.."
Mika whispered, louder then expected.
"What?! It was adorable."
Chapa growled at Mika. Harper giggled causing Chapa to blush. Chapa couldn't handle it anymore. She thought of one way that she could make Harper happy.
"Permission to approach the bench?"
Chapa asked.
"Of course."
Ray replied. Chapa walked straight to Harper, grabbed her cheeks, and pulled her into a kiss. Harper waited a moment, before she patiently kissed Chapa back. Harper pulled away for air, and smiled.
"That's my statement. Harpers smile."
Everyone awed.
"And what does the jury say?"
Judge Ray asked.
"We find the Plaintiff not guilty."
Chapa smiled as she darted to Harper, slamming her against the wall, and attacking Harpers neck, causing a moan of pleasure to slip.
"Eww get a room."
Miles complained.
"Gladly!"
The two replied. Harper teleported them to the top of her bed. The others cleaned the room. Bose and Mika kept exchanging looks.
"Mika.. can you help me put this in the closet?"
Bose asked winking.
"Sure."
The two walked into the closet, and soon a loud thud was heard followed by muffled laughter.
"Don't worry Miles. You'll turn out just fine if your single until you die. I mean, look at me and Schwoz."
Miles laughed.
"Well Ray. I know my path will one day cross with a beautiful girls, and the rest will be history."
Miles replied.
"So young. Yet so much to learn."
Ray exaggerated. Then Chapa and Harper came back downstairs, Chapa was red, and had a small poorly covered mark on her neck. Harper had her no good grin on her face as she walked out.
"You guys make up?"
Schwoz asked.
"Oh yeah. And I think Chapa learned herself a nice little lesson. Isn't that right Chapa?"
Harper reassured. Chapa nodded, still shaking.  Ray smiled. Harper looked over to Chapa and clipped the necklace back around her neck.
"Harper.."
Chapa started.
"No. Keep it. I told you that you mean so much to me, that I wanted you to have something that showed. Even if it was the last present I got from my Dad, you deserve it."
Chapa smiled as she hugged Harper.
"Thank you."
Mika and Bose came out quietly.
"What did we miss while I helped Bose?"
Everyone laughed.
"Chapa?"
Harper asked quietly.
"Yes Harper?"
Harper smiled.
"Can we go out for your birthday treat tonight?"
Chapa laughed.
"Of course."
***
The girls sat on top of the Mans Nest, gazing at the stars. They had gone out and gotten Blended Birthday Cake, from Hip Hop Purée. Harper held a tired Chapa in her arms. Chapa let out a small noise making Harper look down. Chapas whimpers turned into small cries.
"Chapa? What's wrong?"
Chapa looked up.
"I can't believe after all this time, you never told anyone you had lung cancer when you were little."
Harper smiled. She knew Ray would let it slip at one point.
"It's okay. I'm better and that's all that matters."
Chapa nodded. But something still was missing. She had her Harper. She had unlimited love and affection. Chloe had accepted Chapas apology. But their was still something missing.
"Hey Harp?"
Harper looked over.
"Yes Chapa?"
Chapa giggled, making Harpers smile grow.
"Can you call me by my nicknames again. I miss them."
Harper laughed.
"Oh of course my little princess."
Chapa and Harper laughed as they left to go sleep in Harpers bedroom. Chapa had learned her lesson. That she should not mess with Harper. And if you do, if you ever try to mess with her, it will be like digging a grave. You dug a hole, now you gotta lay in it. Harper learned that sometimes intimidation does solve every problem.
