"YOU SHOULD BRING SOME OF YOUR TEAMMATES, MISS KOMI." Tendou said to Miko.
It had been a week since Miko and Kori began practicing with the two boys from Shiratorizawa. Their practice sessions consisted of two-on-two matches and other skill-focused things.
But playing matches with only two players for very tiring very fast. They really needed to step it up.
"You really think so?" Miko asked after drinking some water.
"Yes! You should bring a middle blocker with you! We'll bring our pretty little setter with us! Even things out a bit." Tendou said cheerfully.
Miko grinned and set down her water bottle.
"I'll ask if anyone's interested tomorrow." she said.
"Wonderful!" Tendou exclaimed before moving over to Ushijima.
Kori approached Miko and crossed her arms.
"You know you can't just bring one of them. They're a set, they don't separate, either they both come or they both don't." Kori said.
Miko turned to face her setter unphased by her words.
"They'll both be interested. Erina loves nothing more than blocking some actual opponents and Kitami will get to try and block one of the most powerful spikers in Japan. Neither will pass up on the offer."
Erina Hakamani and Kitami Saku were a very interesting pair. They both had sheer talent and skill on their sides.
Erina and Kitami had been partners in crime since they were six years old.
Meeting in elementary school, Erina was approached by Kitami in gym class.
"Hey, you look sad." Kitami said to Erina, who at the time was the same height as Kitami.
"I'm not sad." Erina said in a slightly annoyed tone.
"Oh. Sorry." Kitami said.
"I'm Kitami!" she said suddenly. Erina was taken aback by her enthusiastic tone.
"I'm Erina." she said.
"Erina! That's a pretty name. Kitami sounds so dumb, I don't like my name." Kitami said.
"Yeah, it kinda is a dumb name." Erina said in response.
