Bright POV

I have been walking around this town for 2 hours, hoping that I would bump into him. Given that this is a small town and Win always walks around when he has a lot in his mind.

I know, it's stupid as fuck...

But I got no other choice...

Well, even I go back home now, I'm so fucking sure I won't be able to sleep anyway...

But then, my eye lands on one figure I have been dying to see. I then ran to him and pulled him into my embrace.

"Bright..." he mumbled.

"Just listen. From now on, I will answer everything. So listen closely. I have nothing on Gulf. Not even a slight crush. To me, Gulf is a younger brother I have always wish I have as it is so fucking lonely being the only son of a businessman and businesswoman. As for Type, he is not my son. That night, Gulf called saying that someone he knows just gave birth. But the baby isn't moving or even breathing. So I left the hospital and rush to his small apartment. I give the first aid and the baby starts breathing weakly, but I need the hospital equipment to do further check-up. That's why..."

"You called me," he cuts me off.

"Yeah. Cause in that time, I could only think of you," I looked straight into his eye.

The eyes I have been longing to see for 6 years...

He leans his head closer to me and his lips meet mine. Gently, he presses his lips into my lips and without a second thought, I kiss back, cherishing the moment. We pull back and smile.

"Khorthot Na, for jumping into such conclusion without..."

"No, it's my fault. I should've answered you back then. But, it's too complicated," I took a deep breath as I hold his hand and start walking to the nearest bench and took a seat.

"What do you mean?" he questioned.

"At first, I thought it's just an accidental pregnancy. You know, things happen especially when we are young. But I respect Gulf for that, given that he didn't abandon his responsibilities and ran like a fucking coward. But the next time I meet him, it turns out...it's not a simple relationship,"

"You make it sounds so bad, Bright," he chuckled.

"Well, it is," I left out a heavy breath.

"Hey, you know I don't judge," he coaxed.

"I know," I then took a deep breath.

"I think Type is Gulf and Grace child," I blurted out.

"Bright, that's impossible!" he rejects the idea.

"I know. Gulf doesn't seem like someone who would make such a huge mistake. The next day, after we finished the check-up and I send Gulf and the newborn baby back home. I walked into Gulf's apartment and saw all the blood on the bedsheet besides the washing machine and that was the first time I meet Grace. That's why, I was certain that Grace indeed gave birth to Type,"

"Wait. Grace was the one who gave birth?" Win questioned.

"Yes," I ruffled my hair.

"Bright, Gulf was an intersex! He can't impregnated someone!" Win dropped the bomb.

"Win, it's not funny..."

"I'm not joking! I was the one who manages Gulf's and Type's paperwork back then!" Win insisted.

"Wait...so..."

"All this while, I thought Gulf was the one who gave birth to Type," Win explained.
