Author’s POV

“Who’s back?!” the boys shouted at the commoner. They can’t believe on what they heard. Tricia was quiet the whole time as she heard the news. Nobody knew that this would happen. No one can do this especially a wolf. Only the Benette witch can lift up the veil and it can’t be lift up permanently. They don’t know if they should be happy or not because right now the whole kingdom is in sorrow knowing Kris burial was yesterday.

“Does that mean her will be back? From the dead?” Tricia ask Eunhyuk beside her and Eunhyuk nodded. A Benette witch doesn’t really lived in the same planet as them they lived in earth. They had the powers to lift up the veil from the supernatural purgatory that would bring back the supernatural beings from the dead which means more problems will be coming and they are still not ready for that.

If you ask about what happen after the boys and Joilene came out of the Tree of Life, all of their memories inside the tree were erase by Yvette. She knows the boys were still not ready for anything. She wanted to let the boys absorb every detail and let them found out theirself because it that way they will find out where all to come from until they know everything.

“So that means Kris will be back?” Joilene ask Eunhyuk. They all look at  Eunhyuk and he left with no choice but to nod. They all look each other not knowing what to feel.

“When will the veil go down?” Kai ask Eunhyuk. They let the commoner go home and thank him for bringing the news.

“It depends at the Benette witch. As long as the witch can hold the veil up, it will. The witch must really be powerful. Lifting up the veil may cause it’s life. The witch may had a very valid reason to lift up the veil. As far as I can remember, the last lifting of the veil was centuries ago the same family “Eunhyuk announced. They we quiet for some minute. They should be happy because they could see Kris again and their ancestors but there are something in them that should not say that they should rejoice.

“I don’t want to say this but..Tricia, Yvette unlinks you from her. The same Benette witch that lift up the veil cut the link between the two of you and I guess Yvette is trying to bring Rain back from the dead” Eunhyuk told Tricia and it all makes sense. That’s why happiness is against them because Rain will be back from the dead. But how?

Just then, unexpected happening, they saw Joilene flew across the room making them look at the directing when it came from. Their eyes widen in shock. Their mouths part at the unexpected visitor.

“Kris” Tricia whispered. The young man was facing it back from them. They haven’t seen his face and the reason why Joilene flew across the room.

“How could you?!” Kris ask Joilene while Joilene was trying to surpass the pain as she stand up. They all ;look at the two of them wondering why Kris was shouting.

“I don’t know what you are talking about” Joilene replied as she weakly look back at Kris. You can see the annoyance and the irritation in Joilene’s eyes.

“I know you were the reason behind all this lies” Kris answered back and pull Joilene up but grabbing her collar.

“Kris what are you talking about?” Suho ask him in curiosity. Kris acted as if he never heard of him as he stares deeply in Joilene’s eyes. It looks minutes for Kris to slowly put her down and release her. He sat on the floor and ran his fingers through his hair frustratingly.

Joilene, Tricia and the boys were dumbfounded. They never thought that the veil was up already and the surprise visit of Kris. They were still grieving from the wake yesterday until now. It’s not that they don’t want them here but this lifting up of the veil was never necessary for everyone. They didn’t even know that supernatural purgatory exist or bring back the dead to life.
