Author's POV

After Julianne talked to them they finally settled it down. Tricia had reflected her thoughts and finally give Lay her hand in marriage right after.

Everyone accepted Tricia though they were a little bit unsure but Tricia proved to them that she already changed. The boys finally having a sweet life tasting the normal life.

Baekhyun had a daughter with Taeyeon though it's just a mistake. Kai is dating Krystal of the elves. Sehun is still courting Luna though everybody knows that Luna like him back.

Taemin is married to Naeun. Chen is still Chen though he decide to put his loyalty to the kingdom. They rest have wives, girlfriends.

Even Joilene and Luhan are together now. Tricia and Lay got married after the things went fine. They live far from where the kingdom was. They were trying to have a normal life as possible thinking they already have three kids.

They live in a poor neighborhood where their existence is unknown but they visit just rarely.

"You ready?" Luhan ask Joilene while her wife is looking out of the window. He knew she wasn't. He walk towards her and comforted her crying wife.

"I never imagine that this would happen this early. W-we were happy and---"

Luhan rub her wife's back and trying to hold back his tears too. He kissed Joilene's hair as he shush her.

Everything was too fast indeed. They were not ready for something else and it devastate them.

"We know that something like this will happen again not just as soon as this" Luhan whispered as his tears finally broke.

It was all hard for them to get things so straight after the most tragic event. They were all broken and have a hard time accepting the truth.

"Come on wipe that frown. We both now that she doesn't want you to be sad today" Luhan tired to cheer his wife but Joilene also tired to held it back but It was just too painful.

"Lets go were getting late" Luhan guided her wife and he snatch the CD at the bed before heading out.

The kingdom is at its worst condition. Every person is trying to reach out and make the royalties feel how sad they were when they find out about the news.

Black flowers boomed the kingdom inside and out. Joilene tug in her black trench coat as the snow start falling at the surface. Everyone is crying and grieving. Mourning.

This is something they didn't expect. Losing their Queen.

After a year or a two, the kingdom became for lively than usual. Thinking that they were safer than the past. Yvette runs the kingdom with more confidence.

With the long list of schedule every day, she stills find a way to bond with her twins and husband. Yvette and D.O is more unseperatable than the usual. They can't do work without each other.

Just then that night, they were on a campfire just Yvette, Joilene, Tricia and the boys having their quality time with each other. They talk about their funny moments in the past when Yvette ask them a question.

"What do you think will happen if the incident like Kris' happens again?" Yvette asks them while looking at the marshmallow she's toasting.

She caught everyone's attention and Tricia let out an awkward laugh but then no one followed her. It seems like everyone is in deep thoughts. Thinking another one of them will be gone. It's like purgatory to them.

"But let's not think about it. Let's cross the bridge when we get there" Yvette shook the thought off them.

"You know what why don't we take a deep then we'll head back" Joilene suggested. They started to run like little kids towards the cold freezing water.

They were playing and spending the moment like it's the last thing they'll do with each other. But on the other hand, Yvette is watching them with a smile while playing her fingers through his husband's hair who is in deep sleep right now.

D.O dozes off before they could take a deep and Yvette decided to stay with him. However, they are not so sure if they were safe here after all.

"D.O" Yvette wake his husband up to bring him to their room. D.O hummed then they bid their good bye-s to the others.

While they are on their way, D.O started to speak.

"If ever that one of us will be gone..." D.O started they Yvette look at him in surprise.

"I won't be sad knowing I still have you after all. I know you won't make me feel that way, right?" D.O look at his wife with a smile then Yvette nodded.

He hugs her wife before entering their room and kisses her temple. As he opens the door he head first before he collapse at the floor because of too much sleepy.

Yvette just laughs at her husband as he stubbles at the floor. As expected, D.O was fast asleep at the floor. Yvette herself carried her husband at the bed and lay him slowly.

"Good night" Yvette whispers as she try not to break her voice. Her throat, chest and eyes are sore while stopping herself not to cry.

She wanted to at least say her good bye to her husband before leaving but time is ticking. She planted a sweet kiss at D.O's lips before getting out of the bed.

Her tears finally broke down as she pulled a box under their bed. It contains a CD, her wedding ring and a letter for D.O. She takes a one last look at her husband.

She covered her mouth as she keeps it from sobbing. She takes a deep breath and starts walking at the terrace. She looks above the starry sky.

She spreads her arms and closes her eyes. She inhales the cold fresh air as it plays with her hair and clothes. Within a second, she hands started to turn to butterflies then the rest of her body leaving nothing not even a trace.

"I'm sure that when you find this CD I'm already dead. I'm sorry if I wasn't able to say it to you personally. I had a hard time but I know everything will end like this. I want to thank each one of you for trusting me and sticking with us 'till the end. After everything that I have done thank you for trusting me again with your lives" Yvette's voice echoed in the whole village while everyone is watching the video she made.

"I love you guys and this is the reason why is have to do this. I love you so much that even the only thing that keeps me alive I will sacrifice and I hate myself for loving you too much. I hope you'll understand. Especially to you D.O. I'm sorry if I wasn't a trophy wife you've always wanted. But thank you for not leaving me. That's the only thing I'm afraid of. You leaving me but it end up the other way around"

Her words made the whole kingdom cry over her. The pain, weariness and the mourning. The Queen was the last thing they expect to fall. She was a brave and undefeated person.

Everyone love her that's why everyone is crying and hurt.

"I want you guys to know that you may not see me there personally but when you need me I'll try to find a way to reach out for you. Always look at the sky when you think of of me. I always want you to promise me that you'll take care of my twins when I'm gone and be happy even though were not together. At least, Kris is not alone now, right?"

"I want you to continue with your life much more normal you used to have. You deserve a great happy life. I want you to live with it peacefully. Thank you so so much for being the part of my life. I wish we have more time with each other fighting and laughing. I'm sorry for being the first one to let go."

"I don't want you to think that I'm not happy. I've happy right now. The most happiest time of my life. All because of you. Thank you"
