"I heard everything." Kongpob said. He put out the cigarette he was holding and threw the stick on the trash bin inside the kitchen.
"Then good. You really should start considering my friend's feelings about the situation. And actually take things a bit more seriously especially since we only have a few days left. I don't want the worst possible thing to occur."
Knot's eyes were following Kong's every movement. The slightly smaller figure was now standing across him. He didn't know what to feel. Was he supposed to be upset at Kongpob because he was oblivious of his friend's emotions and state or should he feel sorry because Arthit was also at wrong for not trusting the man enough even after everything he has done for him? Resorting for the other to also feel upset. Damn, his friends were giving him a head ache.
And as if on cue, Arthit has appeared from the hallway. Knot sighed. He doesn't want to meddle with his friends' personal issues anymore.
"You guys should talk." taking the glass of water and handing it to Arthit. Knot whispered goodluck but was audible enough for both to hear.
The young man drank the content of the glass and placed it back on the kitchen island top. Everything was silent. All you can hear was the gushing wind outside. The storm was nearing.
Arthit looked at Kongpob who was also staring back at him. The image of the man he loved turning blurry as seconds pass because of the tears forming on his eyes.
Kongpob opened his arms and the other boy went straight to his man's embrace.
"W-where d-did you go? I was worried s-sick. I'm sorry for m-making you u-upset. Please forgive me. I-i promise to be more true to you, I'll be more honest, I-i... Please don't leav-"
Kongpob hushed the trembling figure. Letting his right hand to travel around the other's back. Kissing the top of his head before whispering his words.
"I won't go anywhere."
"I'm sorry Kong." Arthit apologized again. Sniffling and crying on his man's shoulder.
"It's okay, I understand and I'm sorry too. But I really hope you get why I do what I do. I love you so much. I don't want you to feel pain, sadness, or anything negative. It pains me when you frown, when I see you hurt. Please don't cry anymore." Kong wiped the tears on Arthit's face and placed soft kisses on the other's cheeks, eyes, and finally on the lips.
"I didn't want to talk about our problems just yet really. We literally have a day left before we go back to Bangkok. We don't always get a chance to get away from our problems like this baby. I hope you understand that."
Arthit sniffled and nodded. He understood. He knows it a bit way too much to be honest. When they go back to Bangkok, they go back to reality. But he goes back without a clear vision of what will happen in the future.
"We'll talk about what we're going to do with your engagement when we get back to Bangkok, okay?"
Arthit nodded again and silently murmured okay before placing his left hand on his lover's hand that was caressing his cheek. He'll live today and worry about what tomorrow brings when they go back to reality.
Kongpob lets go of the gorgeous figure he wrapped in his embrace and held the other's hand. He smiled warmly which the other returned.
"Come on. We have to get going before the storm comes."
Arthit knitted his brows in confusion.
"Where are we going?"
"Somewhere. Do you trust me?"
Arthit smiles sweetly and nods.
The couple walked through the hallways, hands intertwined as the perfectly tanned man leads the way.
Arthit smiled, and shrugged off whatever was on his mind. Live in the moment. As long as I'm with him I'll be just fine. He thought in his head as he watched and followed the man.
Moments after, they got outside the main house. The thunderstorm still hasn't started so it was still safe for them to go outside.
A golf cart was waiting for them. Kongpob helped Arthit get up first before he hopped on the cart himself.
The villa was actually quite large so they really had to ride on something so they'll save their energy and find shelter quick since the sky was getting darker than it already was.
Minutes later, they arrived at a not so small cabin. Arthit's mouth was agape at its beauty. The design was simple yet it appeared like it screamed money and luxury. The front door had a large glass window, showing the inside of the cabin. Candles were lit up and a low light illuminated the front. The plants around the cabin were very pretty, complimenting the design of the landscape and the cabin itself.
Kongpob grabbed Arthit's hand and they went inside. When they got in, the cold wind that made them freeze when they were outside was replaced by a warm cozy feeling.
"Are you hungry?" Kongpob asked, hand still intertwined with Arthit's. The latter nodded and smiled at his man.
They entered the romantically decorated dining area where candle lit table was placed in the middle and a vinyl record player spinning a classic romantic tune.
As always, Kongpob guided Arthit to his chair, pulling out the chair and letting Arthit seat first before he goes around to sit on his own chair. The two smile warmly at each other.
Moments later, their food was being served by maids. The two ate their food, but kept on stealing glances from each other like a love sick teenage couple.
"So what do you think?" Kongpob broke the silence, his hands busy with cutting the food in his plate. Arthit finished the food in his mouth before speaking.
"It's beautiful." he answered simply as he looked around to see his surroundings. He actually wanted to say he felt extremely overwhelmed. I mean they were just fighting a while ago, and his boyfriend was still able to pull out such a romantic dinner even though he was more at fault why they fought. Is he really worth the trouble?
"If you're thinking that you don't deserve my efforts or me, let me clear things up for you. Arthit you deserve more than just these. You deserve the world baby."
Even if Arthit doesn't say anything, Kong was still somehow able to tell what's going around Arthit's pretty head. Just by looking his face and reactions. He knows.
Arthit felt like crying but he sucked it up as he didn't want to ruin their moment by ugly crying.
"Thank you Kong." Arthit said in the most subtle voice possible. He didn't expect that it was still possible to fall in deeper than he already has for his lover. Kongpob was just perfect.
They continued eating their food. They talked about what they could do tomorrow since it would be their last day in Phuket.
Arthit suggested that they could just stay in the villa. Since they've practically done everything they could in the last days.
The other man chuckled, his Arthit was so adorable and perfect in his eyes. He admired everything about him. His personality, his intelligence, his beautiful body, the gorgeous face, especially the brown doe eyes, the soft black hair, the luscious pink lips, the beautiful fair skin, and the red ears.
Arthit noticed how his man was eyeing him and it turned him on. So he raised an eyebrow at the other as he returned the same intense gaze. He licks and bites his lower lip.
Kongpob gulps and clears his throat.
"So.. Do I get a reward for this?"
