3 days till the war
Izuku and Korra got off Chernobyl and patrolled the streets by foot. "So what now. Kick some butt. Or maybe save people from a burning building?" Korra asked excitedly. "No. We smile and wave." Izuku replied. "Wut?" "We don't go seeking danger. It usually finds us." "Oh?" "Yup. Y'know the first time I went on patrol I set off a chain of events that ended with a on the Eight Precepts Of Death." "I heard. You saved a little girl." "Yes. And I lost someone who I never thought I'd care about." "Who?" "Nighteye. My dad." "Oh I'm so sorry. What about the girl."
Izuku stopped dead in his tracks. "Cancer." "Oh my god I'm sorry for asking." She said with sorrow. "Don't sweat it. It's been two years." IZuku said catching up.
The rest of the day they went silent till break time. "Wanna grab lunch Punk?" He asked. "Don't call punk." She whined. "Imma call you whatever I want Korra. Now do you want lunch? There's a hero only bar near here." Izuku said. "Fine. Thanks." "Lets get going punk." "Don't call me punk!" She shouted. "What do you want me to call you then, Korra?" "Ummm. I dunno. Anything but punk." "Fine then................. Hotline."
"Wut the. What's that supposed to mean?" "Your a Hotline. No explanations needed." "Fine sir." "Bipolar much." "Huh?" "When your calm, excited or feeling defeated you refer to me as sir. If you agitated or annoyed you become more aggressive towards others." Izuku pointed out. "Thats not true!" "Don't raise your voice at me!" "Sorry sir." "See my point!" "H-hey." "Anyway get inside the bar." He said. She nodded and entered the hero only bar while removing helmet. He took a seat beside Shoto. "Shoto. Wassup." Izuku greeted. "Gypsy. Who's the girl." "Not a girl." Korra mumbled. "This is Korra. My apprentice. Who's the boy." Izuku said. "This is Boruto. Naruto's son." "So your Naruto's adopted son? You look quite like him." "Thanks I guess." He said taking a sip of coke. "How's Shoko?" Asked Izuku. "She's cool." "How's my niece and nephew." "Mako is a year now. Raleigh is 9." "Kids?" Asked Korra. "I'm apart of the Hero/Child adoption program. I got two kids. Raleigh and Mako." Izuku answered.
"Gypsy. Shoto." Called voice. The two turned to see Miruko. "Sup Bunny girl." Izuku answered. "I dare you to say that again, Gypsy." Miruko threatened. "Bunny..... girl." "Your gonna get it now!" She seethed. She rushed him and began fake strangling him. "Cmon Rumi, you know you love me." Izuku said. "Damn right."
For those who dont know, Miruko was Izuku's mentor. Like a Brother sister relationship. "Miruko this is Korra. Korra, Miruko." Izuku introduced
"Hey."
"Hey."
"So.... Bartender, A round of non alcoholic beverages." Izuku ordered. "Coming right up Gypsy." The bartender said. "Actually me and Boruto need to head out." Shoto said. "Cool. Seeya." Immediately after the remaining three got their drinks.
"So Izuku, how's preparation coming." Miruko said taking a sip. "Smoothly." "So is short here your Lieutenant?" "She's not coming." "What? Why not?" "Yeah, why not?" Korra said crossing her arms. "Because I said so." Izuku said. "But sir--" "Korra.... Fine. I let you come. But you will stay right beside me at all times. Am I understood?" "Yes Sir." "Good." "Well your quite the teacher." Miruko mused. "As your you." Izuku replied.
