With a meaningful look shared between the Master and ex-second, we set off, the three of us prepared to fight against the very same people we care about for what is right in the end.

THIS CHAPTER IS BADLY WRITTEN-
ALSO, SORRY, I'VE BEEN PLAYING DESTINY ALL WEEK

We weren't exactly welcomed back with open arms. Where Octavia stays back with Indra, Jasper and I go into camp with injuires we'd been given somewhat reluctantly, and small clip mics in order to get the information across to the others. They're sewn into the fabric of our clothing, minuscule enough to not be seen.

From the moment I'm in, I'm thrown in lockup, where Jasper is cleared and released to camp after having the injuries we gave him treated. Kinda rude, I didn't even get any kind of treatment for my cuts and bruises. The cell is kind of empty with the lack of grounders, after I'd gotten them all out of here before it was too late.

The cell is almost unbearably large with the emptiness. Occasionally, the guards shift stations, and I'll tease them in turn.

A commotion breaks outside of the room, and soon, Sinclair is thrown in beside me. He sits by me, his wrists restrained, unlike mine. That was a small mercy on behalf of coming back upon my own accord. Bellamy stares at me, swallowing, before leaving the room for the others to watch.

"I have a message from Kane," the chief engineer whispers under his breath to me. "Tonight is a go."

"Why tonight?" I mumble back, keeping my head to the floor. The chip is between us, and shifting, I press my chin to the small button, filtering in our conversation.

"Pike has a plan on how to break the blockade tonight. That's why. You'll have to attack me, and we have fight our way out. Your brother will be asking me for names soon, I'm going to pretend, so attack me for it. From there, we get you to Kane. He knows Pike's plan, we'll be able to get the information across."

"How am I supposed to sell attacking you without seeming suspicious, hmm, Sinclair? Pray tell," I scoff, rolling my eyes.

He chews his lip. "I'm pretending to sell the others out. Attack me for it."

Managing a nod, I bring my chin off of the button, turning to stare at the wall. Sinclair calls to the guards after an hour or two, telling them he would talk. One radios my brother.

When Bellamy does enter again, I stare at him, meeting his gaze coldly. He flinches, but his eyes are anything if not unrelenting, until he finally looks to Sinclair, making him the offer from the show.

Sinclair stands, striding across the cell floor, and I gape after him, feigning shock. "You got something you wanna say?"

"What do you want to know?"

"Everything."

He nods slowly, and I stand, pacing a bit, just as Lincoln had, to sell my part. "I want immunity. I'm the Chief Engineer, and this camp needs me."

Nodding, my brother tells him, "That's up to Pike, but that shouldn't be a problem."

Circling in, almost like a shark, I continue to listen to the conversation, balling my fists and keeping my eyes trained on Sinclair.
