When they reached the library, they went inside. The first thing Signas noticed, was a woman with green hair who was writing something in a book.
"Over there is Ophelia. She's- Are you even listening?" Sodis asked.
For the first time she actually was paying attention. Then she went over to see what she was writing. As Signas was making her way towards Ophelia. Ophelia noticed her coming closer and quickly slammed whatever she was writing in shut.
"W-Who are you!?" Ophelia exclaimed.
"Sorry Ophelia she's just exploring." said Sodis.
"W-Well she didn't have to look at what I was doing!" Ophelia exclaimed.
"Again sorry, Ophelia this is Signas."
"N-Nice to meet you Signas." said Ophelia.
"Nice to meet you too." Signas replied.
Sodis felt enlightened when he didn't have to apologize to Ophelia for her rudeness.
*CRASH*
"W-What was that!?" Ophelia exclaimed.
"I'll see what it is!" Sodis said in a brave tone.
But just as soon as he was about to go, Signas dashed in front of him causing him to fall. When Signas got there the first thing she noticed was a little girl on the floor beside a bunch of books, a fallen ladder, and a empty shelf.
"WHAT HAPPENED"!? yelled a familiar voice.
It was Lunaris.
"Are you okay?" Lunaris asked the little girl.
"O-Ow." said the little girl.
Lunaris looked up and saw Signas.
"Oh hello Signas, the little one is Luly" Lunaris said.
"I-I'm not little!" exclaimed Luly.
When she got up, what she had said became hard to believe.
"Another lecture Lunaris?" jokingly asked Sodis.
Lunaris then sighed.
"Well it's another mess." replied Lunaris.
"Don't worry Luly, I'll clean it up" offered a man in dark armor.
"Thank you Zephyr!" Luly said.
"No." said a stern sounding voice.
"She must do it herself" added a man with green eyes.
"May I at least help, Alyut?" asked Zephyr.
"Fine but you are supposed to do this quickly. We're having a new recruit. He already showed me his skills are uniqe. But I don't want him thinking that we are such messy people. I already sent someone to pick them up." said Alyut.
"Oh and may I ask brother, but who is she?" said Alyut while pointing at Signas.
"She's Signas, I found her on the mountain while patrolling" said Sodis.
"Probably another joke..." Alyut thought.
"But why is she here?" asked Alyut.
"She's going to stay here" said Sodis.
"Is she going to join us?" asked Alyut.
"Not exactly." said Sodis.
"Shouldn't she leave then?" asked Alyut.
Just as Sodis was about to protest, "I'll join." Signas said.
"Hmph, only the best can join, but if you prove you're worthy to us, you can stay." said Alyut.
"Understood, what do I have to do?" asked Signas.
"Well, let's test your fighting skills." said Alyut.
Signas agreed.
