Second day after break-up
Two letters. Sixty emails. Five missed calls. None returned. The feeling was unbearable. What have I done? I need to go back and tell her she doesn't have to leave the house. Where will she go? I need to go right now.
"Where are you going?" asked Carrie entering Toby's untidy room to grab his laptop charger. She realized something off with Toby's behavior.
"I need to see Olivia!" he yelled angrily. This was honestly eating him up.
"You aren't going to do that cowboy," she warned. After the sudden strange paragraphed texted from Willy, she knew she had to keep him here and away from Olivia as possible.
"I need to see her Carrie you don't understand. I've lost her alright" fails to breathe "she is gone and I will never have her." Toby fell on the ground with his hands on his head as though he was surrendering everything to the almighty. She sat next to him and put his head on her thighs and sang him to sleep. It was a little practice section for the baby to come.
Present day
Please look at me. I need your love Liv.
"...you would be lucky to have me."
"I would."
This was definitely not the result I had hoped for but this was the first step. I yearned her forgiveness and a lot of other things. We have dinner tonight with Dylan's family about the arrangements concerning the baby and I swear I will fuck that guy up. For now I will text Willy and apologize for ruining Olivia's surprise birthday small celebration. I really hope she likes what I got her.
