♡Chapter : 5♡

"For you, a million times over."

"What do you mean you're not special ... For me, You. Are. Special." Taehyung said staring into y/n's eyes.

The statement from Taehyung left the other three speechless and flustered.

As Taehyung realised what he just said, he again spoke up, "I mean you helped my mom so you should indeed be special to me." A nervous chuckle left his mouth as he face palmed himself for the slip of tongue. 

"ohh...I thought my international playboy has changed." Jungkook laughed at the absurd thought of Taehyung being sincere to any girl in this lifetime. 

"let's stop talking and just go for some rides...ok?" Jungkook said excitedly. Well, He always had a thing for rides.

"Yeah. Y/n-ssi, which ride do you want to go for first?" Taehyung asked her with a grin.

 "I am okay with any ride." She answered.

"Okay then I'll decide." Jungkook said. The poor man was so excited for the rides that he didn't even realized the shooting glares that were thrown at him by Taehyung. 

"How about this?" Jungkook took the other three near the roller coaster. 

"It looks scary but I guess I'll be okay with riding it" Y/n let out a nervous sigh.

"If you feel uneasy during the ride, you can just hold my hand. I'll protect you." Taehyung suggested with a wink to Y/n. 

"I'd rather not ride it at all then holding your hand." She denied the offer with a playful disgusted look making Jungkook and Jae hee laugh at her sarcastic refusal.

"What about you? You're not scared of rides...right?" Jungkook asked Jae hee who was looking quite pale at the moment. 

"Y-Yes" Well...only she knew how scared she was by even thinking about sitting on that scary ride but she didn't wanted to loose the chance to ride it with her love interest.

"That's a relief since I'd rather throw you off the ride than holding your hand during the ride." Jungkook said heaving a dramatic sigh in relief.

"Like I'd even let you hold it at the first place." Jae hee replied rolling her eyes.

On the ride...

The ride started at a slow pace like the peace before the storm as it was gradually making its way up to a higher spot.

Y/n was sitting with Taehyung beside her after Taehyung beated Jungkook who was about to sit next to her.

Hints of sweat appeared on Taehyung's forehead as the ride was increasing its speed steadily. "Are you sure that you're not scared of rides?" Y/n asked as she saw how Taehyung was breathing heavily and sweating. Taehyung nodded and closed his eyes to direct his mind towards something else. 

As the roller coaster was at its highest spot, Taehyung couldn't help but hold Y/n's hand .

Y/n looked at Taehyung with a shocked look when she felt a grip on her hand.

"Taehy-" "Please, just for a while...don't ask anything..." Taehyung pleaded to Y/n as he was not in a situation to answer her any questions.

"Don't shut your eyes. You're gonna feel more nauseous that way. Look at me instead." Y/n spoke up gently making Taehyung finally open his eyes.

As he finally stared into her pair of eyes, she let out a soft giggle and said,"Scaredy cat."

Meanwhile in the back, just as the roller coaster stopped at its highest peak before it drops speedily, Jae hee got so scared that she held onto Jungkook's shirt sleeve on his wrist tightly without thinking twice. 

It seemed like Jae hee was a woman of her words since she didn't grabbed his hands or maybe she just didn't want to get thrown off the ride by Jungkook like he threatened her earlier.

Oh well. Poor Jae hee probably forgot that her love interest is indeed a hopeless romantic in spite of always showing great dislike of the idea of showing affection to her.

As Jungkook felt something tugging on the sleeve of his shirt , he ever so slowly turned his head to look at her face only to see her all pale with her eyes shut in fear.

As if Jae hee felt his gaze on her, she mumbled with her head down,"I'll give you five bucks for this five minutes ride so just keep your mouth shut."

Jungkook chuckled lowly before whispering, "Scared yet arrogant, huh? Here you go, Kitty."

He loosened her grip on his sleeve only to see Jae hee nearly having a panic attack but then holding her hand in his tightly making her relaxed.

And then the roller coaster dropped from that peak at a speed that surely made two particular persons lose their sht.

After the ride...

Taehyung and Jae hee were both now busy in throwing up while y/n and Jungkook couldn't seem to stop laughing anytime soon. 

"Someone was telling me to hold his hand when I was scared. And then that someone got sooo scared that he pleaded to me to let him hold my hand." Y/n spoke up as she didn't wanted to loose this golden chance to tease Taehyung.

"Tease me all you want. Aish! Why do they even make these kind of stupid and scary rides!" Taehyung let out a cry not being in the condition to fight Y/n back continuing his rants for the ride makers.

"They make it to scare people like you." Jungkook said while his mind replayed the image that kept on playing in his mind again and again of the scene that happened a few moments ago on the ride.

"Here." Y/n said giving a water bottle to Taehyung as she patted his back with the tips of her fingers awkwardly.

"I don't think we should go on rides anymore for today otherwise these two would surely pass out." Jungkook said pointing at the two. Although his eyes were particularly glancing towards Jae hee who was standing with the support of a pole.

"I agree. Let's just go to my place and order something to eat." Y/n gave the consent while looking at Taehyung.

"Need my hand for support." Jungkook teased with a mischievous grin.

"Get lost." Jae hee replied with a glare and was about to make her way towards the car when Jungkook spoke up,"Five bucks won't do, by the way. I need a higher commission for my service, young lady."

Before Jae hee could say anything to him, Jungkook walked past her while intentionally bumping her shoulder with a smirk.

At Y/n's home...

"So...Y/n-ssi, Are you interested in modelling or acting?" Jae hee asked out of the blue catching the attention of the three.

"I never really thought about these careers." y/n said awkwardly.

"Well...I have an offer to make if you don't mind. So...our company is looking for a new and fresh female model. And as per me, I can't see a single reason why you can't be a great model. Plus we're looking for a new actress for the latest mv of Taehyung too. Since you're already familiar with each other, I guess it wouldn't be a tough job for you. You can join the training for freshers while still shooting the music video. The auditions are still open so you should give it a try. I just think this could be a great opportunity for you to expand your work experience but yes, the final choice is still definitely yours." Jae hee said with a smile.

And just like that a story or you can say rollercoaster of emotions and feelings started.

Never did she thought that a single decision would turn her life upisde down...
