I was about to text y/n to tell her that I'm coming in few minutes to pick her up but before I could do that...

Frowning to myself because of the arrival of some anonymous guest, I opened the door and I was welcomed with two smiling faces of my friends...
Why did they have to come today out of all days...
Seeing the look on my face, both of them glanced at each other for a moment before raising a brow at me. "Yah! What's with that look on your face? And why are you dressed up like you're going out somewhere? You didn't forgot your promise...right? You promised to play overwatch with us!" jungkookie barked with a death glare and pout.

Shoot! I totally forgot that...
I remembered the stupid promise that I made a couple of days ago because they were literally giving me silent treatment for not hanging out with them often.
Knowing very well the outcome of me dumping them at the last moment from years of our friendship, I smiled sheepishly in an attempt to get mercy.
"Wah...You really don't have any shame, do you?! Why did you even invite us to come over when you already had plans?! Forget it! We're also going along with you to wherever you're going." Jae hee announced with an annoyed look.
"NO! You two can't come with me!" I can't take them with me. No, never in a million years!
Meanwhile...in the car
After trying to convince them to not follow me for nth time, I finally gave up. I shouldn't have had invited them at the first place. Brave of me to think that I would have a great day ahead with Y/n...alone...
"Are you really not going on a date?" Jae hee asked for the tenth time in our drive of 5 minutes.
"Yes." I answered nonchalantly for the 10th time only to see that she still isn't convinced by my answer by the smirk on her face.
"But you know the way you were telling us about her didn't looked like she's just a friend~" Not this dork too.
"she's really just a FRIEND. You'll believe me once you meet her." I assured them with a glare.
"You always say that and the next day, we get to see a new leaked picture of you with some girl on news." Jae hee teased making Jungkook giggle.
"Oh well...this time I'm really serious. She ain't a girl that I can just get my hands on...sadly" I spoke with a sigh and was met with a long stretched 'Oooo's from both of them in a teasing tone.
"Bastards." I said with my head shaking and a grin.
At y/n's place.
"Oh so the three of you work in the same company." Y/n said nodding to whatever the fk Jae hee was telling to her. She doesn't seem to be bothered even a bit by the unexpected arrival of two uninvited guests. Why am I the only one who is pissed because of this change in the no. of people coming with us?!
"Would you all like some coffee or tea?" She asked sweetly and before my two weirdo friends could nod, I denied quickly.
"No need to trouble yourself. I'm sure they have no appetite. Oh and I remember they told me they have a meeting too so they need to leave anyways." I said with a fake smile towards them signalling to just leave us alone.
"Kim taehyung, it's weekend, fool. We're free today. Don't mind him, Y/n. He might look normal but sometimes he speaks gibberish. And the truth is he just doesn't wants us to follow you two around." Jung fcking kook barked with an arm around my neck almost chocking me.
Muscle bunny.
"Well..he should leave if he doesn't want you two to tag along. I would love to go out with you two to be honest." Y/n said with her eyes narrowed towards me and giving a high five to the two after.
Wow. What did I ever do to deserve this kind of behavior...?
"I hate you all."
In the car...
Y/n and Jungkook seem to get along pretty well already. Now that I think about it, both of them are very similar personality wise. Funny to see her being all friendly and open to him even when they just met each other. Hmph. She was being all savage and cold when I met her for the first time...
"Why am I feeling like a chauffeur right now..." I spoke up tightening my grip on the steering.
"Cause that's what you're right now. Lol." Y/n teased with a wink to me that I somehow saw in the side mirror and I swear my heart nearly skipped a beat.
Her action made me fluster and I ended up making a sharp turn which made all three of them scream.
"Yah! Chauffeur, drive carefully!" Jae hee said from the passenger seat while Y/n and Jungkook looked too traumatized in the back seat to speak anything.
The rest of the ride, I decided to just keep quiet while the three of them kept on their chitchats.
At the park...
Author's Pov.
"Is it already closed? Why is there no one around here?" Y/n said with a dumbfounded look.
"It's not closed. I rented the whole place for today." Taehyung disclosed proudly with his hands resting on his hips.
"You rented the whole place? Even when you two were the only one to be here?" Jae hee asked with a suspicious face.
"Why did you do that?! It must be way too expensive!" Y/n asked with a taken back look.
"I'm a public figure that's why I can't just go anywhere without being spotted by fans, can I? I didn't want to ruin our day by running around in order to avoid any scandal. That's why I rented it for us so that no one can be here for the mean time. Plus..you seemed to be quite excited to visit this park so..." Taehyung whispered the last line but it was loud enough for being heard by the other three.
"What are you saying, Taehyung-ssi? You didn't have to do this all just for my sake. We would have just met at a place with a lesser crowd. I'm not someone so special for whom you could just waste money that you worked so hard for." Y/n said in a low voice now feeling guilty for asking to meet at such a place even though she knows very well the type of job Taehyung has.
"What do you mean you're not special ... For me, You. Are. Special." Taehyung said staring into y/n's eyes.
