"And what did it meant when you asked that question 'What would I do if you go far away from me'?"

Her eyes enlarged as soon as she heard this. "I-I asked t-that?!" Taehyung nodded at her. "Well...umm...didn't you say I was drunk last night...maybe that's why I was saying all sorts of nonsense. Don't take any of those seriously." She said in an attempt to convince him.

"I'll be going now. Bye." Y/n made her way to the main door with taehyung following her to see her off.

Y/n opened the door and was met with Jae hee standing in front of the door who was about to press the bell.

"Y/n, What are you doing h-" "What happened? Why are you not going?" Taehyung came from behind y/n to look at why she stopped walking out.

Not to forget the fact that Taehyung was still shirtless.

Jae hee gasped by seeing him.

"W-Why are you shirtless? Why y/n is coming out of your house? Omo! I had no idea that you both were in that kind of relationship. I think I should leave you two al-" Y/n and Taehyung got shocked after hearing it. Taehyung pulled Jae hee inside his house before she could complete her sentence.

"You're misunderstanding this situation. It's not what you think it is." Y/n said with a now tomato like face while Taehyung explained everything about why they both were together like this to jae hee.

"Oh! I see..." Jae hee said with a mischievous smile. "By the way, any reason to come here unannounced this early?" Taehyung raised a brow at jae hee.

"Actually, I don't know if both of you know about it or not but your music video is getting really good responses from fans. It has also broke some records of your previous songs. And I just got a call from the advertising team of hotel Paradise that they want to sign y/n for their new honeymoon special shoot. I went to y/n's house but no one opened the door so I thought maybe you would know where she's because you're her neighbour so I came here."

"They want to sign m-me?" Y/n asked with a big smile on her face and got a nod from her.

Taehyung smiled at Y/n but soon his smile dropped when he realized what Jae hee said. "Wait...did you say 'honeymoon?" Taehyung asked looking at Jae hee.

"Yes."

"With whom is she going to shoot?" Taehyung asked with a bit pissed face.

"Well...the advertisement manager told me that he wants to do shoot with two couples. Jungkook, Hoon and y/n are selected. One female model is still not selected. So...maybe she would shoot with either Hoon or Jungkook."

Taehyung tried his best to stay calm at what he just heard but he just couldn't control himself. "Why would she shoot with jungkook or hoon for something like that?! None of them is in a relationship with her!"

"It's not like they have to be a couple for photoshoots. And also, Don't forget, you've done shoots like those too." Taehyung didn't have any answer to her so he just sighed.

"And yeah, y/n, you should get ready quickly because that ad manager is coming in an hour with the agreements for you and the others to sign. Come to the company by 9." Jae hee said to y/n.

"What?! In an hour?! I haven't even had a bath yet! I should go now. Bye!" Y/n ran out of his house quickly while Taehyung smiled by seeing her so excited.

"Taehyung-shi~ Are you taking drugs nowadays?" Jae hee looked at him with curiosity.

"Pardon?"

Taehyung got confused at this sudden question thrown at him out of the blue. "I mean I don't think you ever allowed a girl to stay the night at your house even though you've had tons of girlfriends. Then, what was special this time? Were you drunk too? Hm?"

Taehyung looked at her with a pissed face. "She was drunk and had no where to go in the middle of the night." Taehyung said getting up and looking for a shirt to wear.

"You know, you should have just asked me or your other female friends to let her stay for a night but you didn't. I have a spare apartment and would've loved to let her borrow it for a night, you know. Accept it, Kim Taehyung. You're in love~" Taehyung stopped and looked at Jae hee for a moment before sitting down on the couch with his head resting on the palms of both of his hands.

"Why? Are you scared?" Jae hee asked leaning down to take a proper look at his face.

Taehyung looked up and nodded with a sigh.

"I'm scared, insecure, worried, confused...and what not." He said with a sigh following behind.

Jae hee put her hand on his shoulder and asked, "Why are you feeling like that? Hyeji?".

Taehyung looked at her and said, "Maybe...I'm not sure. Let's just stop talking about this. It's complicated. But I'll try to figure this out in a week."

Jae hee nodded at him before speaking up again,"How so, though?"

Taehyung smiled and said, " Just...I have my own ways. Will let you know later." He winked at her and was about to get up but stopped when Jae hee spoke up, "I'm leaving my job in a few days."

"What-why?!" Taehyung looked at her in disbelief.

"I'm tired of this job now. It's mentally draining. Also, I'm getting married in about 2 months so my mom wants me to learn how to do house chores. Well, apparently she believes knowing how to do house chores is a must for all wives. And this job's coming in my way of becoming 'the perfect wife'." Jae hee spoke before looking down as if she was trying to hide the pain in her eyes.

"To whom are you getting married? As far as I know you haven't been in a relationship since like maybe 9th grade? Or was it 10th?" Taehyung asked as he was still not satisfied with her answer.

"I don't know...it's an arranged marriage. My dad said he's a business man. His father owns a company and he has started handling the stuff there recently. And it wasn't a relationship, for your kind information. More like a situationship?" Jae hee said before forcing a smile.

"Jesus J. You don't even know him?! I can't understand why are you doing this to yourself...As far as I know you're not someone who would give up her job just because of a marriage. Huh?! Why are you doing this? Is it because of jungkook?"
