♡Chapter : 16♡

"Don't be afraid of losing people, be afraid of losing yourself while trying to please everyone"
 

Y/n, Jungkook, Jae hee and Hoon were about to leave for the shooting but suddenly they saw a familiar figure approaching them with two huge baggage.

There he was, heading towards them with a cheerful smile.

"What are you doing here?! And what's with these bags?" Jae hee asked giving Taehyung a confused look.

"My concert world tour would start from tomorrow and my flight is at 5 am. As you know, the airport is 2 hours away from my house that's why I thought I should just spend a day at the hotel where you all are going to cause it's nearby the airport. I would be able to sleep more if I stay at there." Taehyung said sheepishly.

Jae hee gave him a look that he was able to understand easily which was 'did you mean this when you said I have my own ways?'

Taehyung shrugged his shoulders with a grin and got into the car first which was apparently meant to be for only four of them. 

"I guess we wouldn't be able to go there comfortably..." Hoon sighed and got into the back seat while taehyung was on the front one. Jae hee sat on the left side of hoon while jungkook made Y/n to sit in between him and Jae hee. 

Well, you could say that things got awkward as hell between them after what happened, the last time they met.

Time skip...

All of them reached to the hotel in about 1 and a half hour. They had to stay at the hotel for about 2 to 3 days for the photoshoot except Taehyung. Taehyung made his way out of the car first and started moving towards the receptionist when a voice caught his attention. "Is it you, Taehyung-ah?" He turned towards the direction of the voice. 

And before he could even take in the appearance of the source of the voice, he was engulfed in a tight hug.

 While the rest of them were just too taken aback to understand what happened, Taehyung was well aware of who this person was in his arms without even taking a look at their face.

He didn't had to look at her face to recognise her, only her touch was enough to make him lose his sanity. 

"Long time no see, huh. How have you been?" The girl pulled back and asked him. 

"Don't tell me that you followed me here too." Taehyung said while avoiding the eye contact that she was trying to make. 

"Oh come on! I'm staying here for sometime because there's construction work going on in my house." She said with a playful voice trying to sound like she didn't see his glaring eyes.

"Whatever." Taehyung mumbled as he turned to get the key of his room from the receptionist but before he could do that, she grabbed his hand. 

"What's your room number?" 

"Mind your own business." He said taking his hands away from her grasp and headed towards the elevator after taking the keys.

That girl left too with a scoff in annoyance while y/n just stood there with lot of questions going on in her mind as she was the only one among them who seemed to not know anything about that girl.

Y/n and Jae hee were getting ready for the shoot when y/n finally decided to ask jae hee about that girl. 

"Well...it's a bit complicated story. That girl's name is Hye ji. Few years back, when Taehyung was just a newbie and wasn't really famous, he was in a relationship with her. It was his  ever first relationship. And to be very honest, they looked really good together and seemed to be really passionate towards each other. At that time, Hye ji was one of the most popular model in Korea. But then one day, a clip of Taehyung kissing her was leaked on social media sites by some saesang of her. In that clip, only Taehyung's face was seen clearly. Hye ji's face was seen just a bit that's why no one was sure if that girl was really Hye ji or not so paparazzi started asking Taehyung about it. And Taehyung ended up accepting that both of them were in that clip but then Hye ji's company organized a press conference in which she said that she was not the one in that clip and she didn't even meet Taehyung ever in her life. She also gave a statement that he was trying to use her image to gain popularity and she would take legal actions against him if he doesn't take back his words. And hence, our poor boy ended up becoming the victim of death threats and trolling by her so called fans. He tried to contact her many times as he believed that she said all that because of being pressurized by her company but she ignored his calls. But after a while, she finally picked up his call only to say that he's a fool to think that a famous celebrity like her would want a guy like him and that only someone dumb would ruin their whole career for a nobody like him. This all made him go through severe anxiety and depression at that time..and to be honest, it feels like he's still struggling to overcome those feelings. And so after some time, he decided to finally move on and start a new life. Ever since then, he always makes sure that nothing gets in between his career and him. You see, he wasn't really used to be the way he is right now. Life made him like this. And oh well, the weird thing is that after a year or two, Hye ji again started trying to get in contact with him. Her popularity has decreased immensely now because of some other scandals of her. She apologized a lot of times to him saying that she didn't want to lose her fame because of a big scandal like that and blah blah."

Y/n's mouth turned into 'O' shape after hearing about it as now, she was able to understand whatever Taehyung did or said in the past. But then suddenly a question popped up in her mind. "Does he still like her?"
