"(L/n)-chan! I thought you wouldn't come!" I shut the door behind me and smiled at the dark haired girl awkwardly. What was her name again?

"Oh um.."

"Just call me Eri!" She beams, taking my hand in hers. "We really need some help right now so I'm glad you showed up." She leads me deeper into the kitchen and stops in front of a cute girl with a few freckles adorning her cheeks. She pauses at what she was doing and look up at the both of us.

"Oh, hello! You must be (L/n)-chan! I heard a lot about you." She quickly rinses her hands and dried them. "You can call me Kaori, it's very nice to meet you." She says, shaking my hands. I slightly shiver, feeling a presence loom over me.

"Konnichiwa, (L/n)-san." I let out a small yelp, startled by the sudden greeting. I turn my head around and recognized the girl to be one of Fukurodani's managers.

A small laugh echoes the room. "It's nice to see you again (L/n)-san." I smile shyly at Kiyoko-san. My smile slightly dropped noticing the absence of a blonde girl.

"Don't worry. Hitoka-chan's just helping the others with practice. She kept on worrying about Hinata and Kageyama about their new quick." Kiyoko-san said reassuringly.

"New quick? Is that why Kageyama and Shoyo keep messing up?" I whisper under my breath. Now that I think about it, Kageyama's tosses does seem a bit different. That save that Shoyo made when the ball fell short.. the ball dropped just around him, it didn't go past him like the other sets do.

Eri-chan claps her hands. "Alright, we better get started. We have a lot to prepare."

-

"Oh! (L/n)-chan wait a second!" I turn my head back to Mako-chan. "Us managers are sharing a room, you can join us if you want." My eyes shined at the idea. No more pictures and pranks.

"I'd love to Mako-chan! Thank you for inviting me." I say, giving her a toothy grin. She smiled back.

"You really don't have to thank me for anything. We all need a break from the boys." We laughed. "I'll see you tonight (L/n)-chan." She walks away, waving. I walk around the place for a bit and stopped at the third gymnasium, where I heard yelling.

"Mou ippon!" I peek my head through the door and saw Bokuto-san successfully spike down a ball.

"(L/n)-san." I turn my head to the direction of the voice and met a pair of blue eyes.

"Akaashi-kun-"

"(F/n)!"

"Bokuto-san.. Hello." I wave shyly towards his direction. He smiles, placing the ball on top of his head while walking towards me.

"Is the food ready?" He whines. I laugh at his childish behavior.

"Almost." His eyes visibly brighten at the answer. Kuroo walks up to us after finishing his torture session with Lev, and offers me a smile.

"Didn't I tell you to go easier on Lev?" I say, glaring at him. He shrugs, the smile never leaving his face.

"He says he wants to become the ace, i'm simply teaching him what an ace is supposed to do."

"Oh! Isn't that Karasuno's middle blocker?" Bokuto-san asks, pointing somewhere. An image of Shoyo immediately pops in my head. The thought disappeared when I saw the complete opposite.

"Hey, dude from Karasuno! Hey!" Kuroo yells towards Tsukishima's direction. "You with the glasses!" He stops walking and faces us, making eye contact with me for a split second. "Can you block for us?" Kuroo continues.
