Tristan's POV

The last bell rang and I woke up from my nap. I was the first one out the class and I headed to my locker.

I grabbed my jacket and I turned around to see Lathan walking up to me with a red face.

"You been crying?" I asked, he the most sensitive person I know.

"No" He said looking up at me so I knew he wasnt lying.

"Why you face red?" I examined his face more "Is yo lips swole?" I grabbed his face and moved it around "Whatchu been doing?"

"My lips not swole, if they are its cause I had some hot fries" he mumbled

"You lying Lathan" I smacked my lips and he sighed following behind me.

We walked outside and got in my car and I was still silent.

"Are you mad at me Tris?" he asked and I ignored him

"Tristian, Ian even do nothing to you" He added

"You lying to me, you know I hate that shit." I finally responded

If theres one thing I hate in this world, its a bitch that lies, for no reason at that. I couldnt care less what Lathan does in his freetime, I just want him to be safe.

"I was with Zy" he mumbled and I had to stop myself from slapping the fuck outta him

"Bitch you lying right?" I asked feeling my ears heat up.

"He said we needed to talk about something and I met him in the bathroom during class and, I dont know. I had a moment of weakness" he mumbled and I kissed my teeth.

"You was having a moment of weakness when you let him spread yo business to the whole school ? Huh? You must've been having a moment of weakness when you was letting him expose you to fucking STDs too" I laughed dryly and switched lanes driving away from the trap

He stayed silent besides the occasional sniffles, letting me know he was crying.

I made it to his house and he got out without saying anything. He slammed my door and I watched him walk to the front door and let himself in.

A few moments later I got a text message making me check it cause it was from Lathan

Lathan.

I love u.

He put a period on the end which let me know he was upset.

Yea i love you too.

I pulled off after sending that message and my phone started ringing making me kiss my teeth.

I answered it without checking the caller i.d.

"State yo business" I mumbled. I already dont like when people call me without texting me first and my mood was down from what just happened with Lathan.

"When Imma see you again?" I rolled my eyes recognizing one of the lil girls I talk to at school.

"You'll see me when I say I wanna link" I said in a duh tone.

"Stop being a smartass" she kissed her teeth "You been letting another bitch fuck on you?" she asked as if she was my bitch

"Fuck it got to do with you?" I asked "We not even together" I reminded

"So we wasn't together when you was leaving love bites all over me? We wasn't together when you was letting me suck you off?" she started raising her voice making me hang up.
