Deontae's POV
"look at dem pictures i jus sent you" I looked over at Tris and he glanced up before goin back to his phone
he was mad at me for a few days for leaving dem bruises on his neck but he was chillin again now
i was getting ready to drop him off at school, right now we was jus waiting on Ink
after a few more minutes Ink walked down the stairs and we all headed to my car
"das a nice house, u thinkin about movin?" Tristian asked me and i shrugged
"i like living wit my aunty but shii im grown" i was turning 21 in six months and still livin at home.
"awl ok, if it's jus you whatchu need all dat space for?" he asked me and i shrugged
"Inka for sure gone always be there, i already know that. and ion know i always wanted a big house, i can afford it so why not"
"well im happy for you" he told me and i smiled lightly
"preciate dat" i was pulling into the school and they both got out. i seen da lil boy that Tris was on the phone with a few days ago makin me roll da window down
"what time i need to pick you up phat?" i used the nickname to make him mad
"Deontae don't piss me off" he mugged me and i laughed drivin off
Tristians POV
"That nigga is so irritating" I mumbled looking down at Zi
"Das yo nigga?" He asked looking up at me and i shook my head.
"Nah das gang" I kept it short.
Me and Zi walked in to the building and headed to the gym so I could meet with the rest of my friends.
We walked to the top of the bleachers and I sat beside Lathan and Tae sat on the other side of me. Right above us, Trey and Daedae were having another argument
"Wassup Lathan" I glanced at him and he stood up to give me a hug.
"I feel like I havent seen you in a long time." He said sitting back down and I shrugged.
"I been so busy helping my pops, he getting ready to come home." I said and LAthan started cheesing
"Im glad he's doing better" He smiled and we kept having small talk.
The bell rang meaning it was time to go to class
"Im finna go with my friends" Zion told me and I nodded and gave him a hug before watching him walk down the bleachers.
Me and Lathan walked down together so we could head to our first period.
My phone started ringing and I answered it seeing it was Demon
"Hello" I put my phone back in my pocket after putting my airpod in my ear.
"What time yo lunch is?" He asked me and I heard the phone ringing letting me know he was trying to facetime.
"12:12" I told him answering the phone and he looked over my face.
"Imma come pick you up den" He told me and I hummed in response.
"Pick me up for what?" I asked
"Shii i don't know im finna be bo-" I stopped listening when I heard some boys arguing loud like they was finna fight.
I saw Jordan, one of the twins from the trap that me and Demon had to take to the range a few weeks ago. His nose and the tips of his ears were bright red and Jaden, his brother was trying his best to calm him down.
"Jaden get the fuck off me g" Jordan pushed him making him hit his head on the locker behind me making me push the crowd and get to dem
"Come up here Tae" I said hanging up the phone and helping Jaden up before turning my attention to Jordan.
"Hollon hollon, whatchu finna fight this nigga for" I pulled him back and the other nigga disappeared behind his friends.
"Fuck nigga talkin bout my brother ian goin for that" Jordan tried to push me off of him but I had a grip on his arm.
"J I told you we cant afford to get in trouble no more" Jaden mumbled picking up his backpack and Jordan's
"You just want me to let dat bitch talk about you? You know ian goin for dat shit dawg fuck outta here Jaden" Jordan waved us off and grabbed his backpack
"We all finna go, call ya folks and let them know." I said and they both gave me a blank look "Who yall stay with?" I asked
"Shii we stay where we can, been in da trap the past few weeks" Jordan shrugged.
My face dropped and I pulled my phone out and texted my dad. Im pretty sure he ain know it was people living in there.
"You can stay at da house wit us" I told them. I knew my dad would let them stay until he figured out somewhere they could stay.
Security finally came thru the halls bout late as fuck like always and called all of us to the office.
I made sure we had all of our stuff and we followed them to the office.
Once we made it I saw Tae sitting down waiting for us.
"Because they didnt fight, they only get 2 days of in-school." My AP was talking to Tae and they ended the conversation when they noticed us.
We all walked out the office and out of the building and headed towards the car.
The twins got in the back and me and Tae in the front
"How they fuck yall fighting at 9 In the morning?" Tae asked getting ready to drive off
"Ion go for mfs tryna play with my brother" Jordan shrugged and Jaden sunk down in his seat.
"I told him to leave it alone but he wasnt listening so"
"When you moving into that house?" I asked Tae and he glanced over at me
"Im signing the papers today, I can move in next week." He told me "Why?"
"They been livin in the trap basically, I was thinking about them staying with one of us but you know im still with my pops so, you the only other option." I shrugged
"I'd be down for dat, how you know they wanna stay wit me?" He asked
"I dont know, It was jus an Idea. I know how it is to have nowhere to live for real" I shrugged.
"Imma bring it up with ya pops"

By this point in the original story, Tris and Tae were living together and considering adoptin but ian want that.
