Nine and Five were locked behind bars. Nine looked behind him at the big, scary men that were staying in the same cell as them.
"Five, I don't know about this place." Nine shakily said, slowly putting his hand on Five's shoulder. Five walked over against the bars.
"This isn't good." Five said, grabbing the cold bars with his red hands.
"No crap! I feel like I'm gonna get killed!" Nine walked over beside him.
"No, not that! This dimension along with the over world will be executed at midnight tonight." Five looked over to Nine, who was hanging his arms off of the metal bars of the prison cell.
"Can't you just teleport us outta here?" Nine pushed his hair out of his face.
"It's too risky. And keep your voice down about that." Five growled through his teeth.
"How is it risky? You do it all the time!" Nine quietly asked Five.
"If any one of these inmates or guards witness me teleporting, we will both be sent to a nearby lab." Five whispered to Nine.
"Okay? Then what's the other option?" Nine clenched his teeth in concern.
"Well, teleportation could work.." Five took his hands off of the bars and crossed them across his chest.
"How?" Nine looked over to the 14 year old.
"We knock out all of the prisoners that share a cell with us." Five suggested.
"Violence isn't always the answer!" Nine said loud enough that the other three people in the cell with them heard him.
"You sure 'bout that?" One of the prisoners got up from the bench and cracked his knuckles. Five and Nine turned around to see the buff inmate towering over them. Five pressed his lips together and squinted his eyes daringly at the huge man.
"What's your problem?" Five spoke through his clenched teeth.
"I dunno, you lookin' like you wanna start a fight or somethin', and I'm always up for a tussle." The man cracked his neck.
"Please, don't threaten me with a good time." Five smiled and cracked his thumb. Nine backed up into the wall, completely out of the way of whatever Five has started.
"Let's go little guy."
The man took the first swing on Five. Everybody gasped when Five teleported to behind the huge man. He punched the prisoner in the back of the head. The man turned around and tried to grab Five with his massive arms.
Nine scanned the other inmates. He saw one of them had a small dagger in their pocket. As soon as Nine started crawling closer to him, he got up and reached into his pocket. He started slowly walking towards Five. Nine's eyes widened as he realized he needed to do something and quickly. He ran over to the guy and tackled him to the ground.
"Give me the dagger!" Nine struggled to hold him down.
"How did you know I had it?!" The man resisted Nine's pin.
"I just know things, alright? Now give me the knife before I tell them you crapped your pants!" Nine tried to reach into the guys pocket.
Meanwhile, the guy Five was battling managed to grab Five and throw him at Nine. Nine pushed Five off of him before Five hurried to his feet.
"Thanks!" Nine waved the dagger at the man. The man growled at him. As soon as the man charged towards Nine, he threw the dagger up in the air. Both Nine and the man watched the dagger fly across the cell, until someone jumped up and caught it. Nine smiled when he saw the person who caught it was Five.
"Go Five!" Nine cheered. Five gave a thumbs up to Nine before teleporting away from the mans reach. He stabbed the mans thigh. Blood poured out of the gash like a fountain. The man yelped in pain. While he was focused on the stab, Five ran up to the man and shoved the dagger into his ear. The man shakily put his hand over his ear before falling to the concrete floor. Nine smiled at the sight, and so did Five. Another one of the guys started walking up behind Five.
"Five, watch out!" Nine shouted.
Five whirled around, stabbing the guy in the temple. Nine watched as Five ran over to the last guy. When Five went to stab the guy, he grabbed Five's arm. Five struggled to get his arm out of the guys grip. Nine ran over and grabbed the knife out of Five's hand. He quickly stabbed the guy in the chest himself. The man let go of Five's arm and lifelessly fell to the floor. Five looked over to Nine and nodded.
"Let's get outta here." Five smugly smirked at Nine. Nine grabbed Five's hand before they both teleported with a little flash.

They both walked down the road, Nine playing with the dagger. Five pulled Nine into a small restaurant. They looked around. It was a pretty nice restaurant for the town. They walked up to the counter.
"How may I help you?" The lady smiled.
"We are actually looking for somebody." Five rested one of his elbows on the counter.
"Did you guys get attacked? There's blood all over you!" The lady gasped and pointed to the blood splatters against Five and Nine's body.
"We are painters. I knew we should've taken a shower before we came." Five snapped his fingers and pressed his lips together.
"Oh! No, it's fine! I just wanted to make sure. Anyway, who are you looking for?" The lady smiled again.
"He had brown hair and green eyes. Maybe about 17 years old." Five explained to the lady, who slowly nodded her head.
"I see a lot of people like that here. Mind to explain more?" The lady kindly asked.
"He might've come in here asking for help, or for shelter. He would be wearing a shirt that looks like mine but a different color." Five opened his jacket and showed the lady his green buttoned shirt.
"Any idea when he might've come in here?" The lady started writing everything down in a notebook.
"Maybe about a few weeks ago." Five zipped his coat back up.
"Y'know what? There was this kid that was wearing a shirt just like yours but it was brown. He had brown hair and very bright green eyes. He came in here asking if he could have food for free." The lady tapped the pencil against her chin.
"That's him!" Five pointed at the lady before slapping his hand on the counter. "Any idea where he might've went?"
"I might have a few suspicions.." The lady told him. Five looked at his watch to see that it was already 8:00pm.
"Well we better make it quick."
