The shining of the bright sun seeping through the curtains awoken me this morning. The bed was cold, his scent was slowly fading. He left me before i could wake. I frowned and went to check my phone, a blue sticky note was on it with neat handwriting.

'Dear Mace,
Me and Blake went out for a while, we will be back before dinner. We are running some errands, see you before the sun sets.
Much love, Vincent.
(P.S. One more day until you find your mate ;)'

That was incredibly sweet, he could've sent me a text but he took the time to write a note. He's lovely, but the words at the end about my mate made me second guess that. I got up and took a shower. I got out and got dressed in a pair of black pants and a blue long sleeve shirt. I put on my black vans and brushed through my thick hair.

I grabbed my phone and money and walked out my room. I have to buy Blake something's for Christmas, I made me a glass of orange juice and walked out. I got in my car and was going to the mall when I got an unexpected phone call.

"Hello?" I asked
"Hey, I came home and you weren't here, where are you?" Vincent asked.
"I'm going to pick up something's for Christmas." I answered.
"Oh ok" he sighed.
"I thought you weren't going to be back till Tonight?" I asked.
"Uh, I wanted to come see you before you woke" he said
"Well, im sorry I left and made you come home so early." I apologized, he stayed silent for a while. I could almost feel the smile on his lips. "Vincent?" I asked.
"Yea?" He replied
"What happened?" I asked.
"You called it home" wow I did didn't I? well he is practically moved in.
"Yes I did, now I got to go, see you soon" I hung up after he said goodbye.

I pulled into the mall. It actually wasn't even that packed being its two days till Christmas. I went in and bought some stuff for Blake and maybe a few more for Vincent; guilty. I got home and no one was here. I quickly wrapped their presents and cleaned up the kitchen, the boys made a mess this morning with breakfast. I picked up the house and started dinner.

Decided for dinner today we will have sauce grand. It's an African dish my mom used to make all the time. It has stake, tomato sauce and onions. I made sticky rice and set the food to simmer for twenty minutes. In that time I put the presents around the tree and it's looking pretty full most of the presents were from me of course. I've used only a fraction of my savings. I had 20,000 in savings and now have 18,987.98.

I was brought out of my daze when the front door opened.
"We're home" Blake shouted.
"Go away!" I yelled back, joking.
"If you talk like that I might need some ice for that burn" he smirked. I smiled and got up and stirred the food ten more minutes. As I was stirring the good someone came from behind me and grabbed my waist.

"Smells amazing" Vincent whispered in my ear his lips brushing my ear and making a Shiver run down my spine. He chuckled at the effect he has on me as we were just standing there the timer went off signaling that the food was done. I shooed Vincent away and poured tea in our cups and platted the food and called they boys for dinner.

Once dinner was over it was around 10:30 and Blake went to sleep. I stayed up, fearing the coming hours when I turn into a vampire. I needed some fresh air and for the first time I went out to the back. It was really pretty with a stone path to the woods and a fairly large lake. Flowers growing everywhere. It's so breathtaking Vincent walked out here with me. We sat on the swing that was located in the back yard over looking the lake. It was rather cold but my werewolf was keeping me slightly warm. Vincent pulled me into an embrace, my head resting almost on his shoulder because he was taller than me by a lot. He slung his arm around my waist pulling me closer. And his scent made me get sleepy.

I needed to rest my eyes just for a moment. I woke up to an unbearable pain. I let out a scream. It felt like I was being set on fire. Someone was saying soothing nothing's into my ear. I'm on the cold ground withering in pain. Once the pain was over I felt cold, really cold. My heartbeat was very slow, I looked at the person who's lap my head was laying in.
