Bad idea for a human au fic: an old friend from when meowth was babey and still lived in brooklyn meets him again and has somehow against all odds heard nothing of his missing case and just thinks 'hey my friend who moved away as a kid is an adult now lets catch up :)' and meowth has to attempt to act like a normal person who had a normal life and fails miserably
