Hey so i shouldnt have to say this but dont age jasper up to ship him with david. I like jasper lives au's as much as the next guy bc he deserves it but if you keep the ship in then thats just crossed over into pedophilia teritory because you're admitting what you actually wanted was to ship ADULT david with jasper. The only way the ship isnt squicky is in the context of the actual episodes it originated from: them being friends when david was a kid. It was one 10 year old whos supposedly a troublemaker and thinks the other 10 year old is a lame square suddenly coming out with a sus amount of compliments about him and determination to save him when he was in trouble. Thats cute. But trying to apply it in literally any other context is fucking gross like wtf
