I brushed my teeth and took a bath before replying to his message.

Breakfast tayo?
I wore a white off shoulder dress paired with a black flats and tied my hair up in a clean ponytail. I drove to the pancake restaurant we agreed to eat on and he’s not there yet when I arrived so I just took a table for the two of us, I ordered green tea na rin while waiting for him.
“Sorry, traffic.” I lifted my head up and saw him in his button down dress shirt which sleeves are folded up to his elbows, his hair is pushed back and he’s wearing a leather strapped watch.
“Okay lang.” I said and raise my hand to signal the waiter na oorder na kami.
“Wala kang event today?” He asked after the waiter took our order.
“Meron, I have a wedding sa Batangas later.” He nodded and leaned his back on his chair.
“Gusto mo ipagdrive kita?”
I blinked twice before answering.
“Hindi na, I can manage. Nakakahiya naman.” I don’t want to bother him way too much, baka sabihin nya abusado ako even if sya naman yung nag offer. Ayoko naming samantalahin yung pagkagusto nya sakin dahil wala naman akong maibibigay sa kanya in return.
Besides, it doesn’t look good, may boyfriend ako.
And he has a girlfriend other than me.
“Di okay lang.” He answered and smiled.
“Hindi ka ba busy?”
“Kapag sayo hindi, kapag sa iba oo. Busy ako sa pagiging busy sayo.” He chuckled and winked at me before browsing on the menu again.
I looked at him and examined him once more, he’s good looking, obviously a gentleman, annoying lang sometimes but he’s witty and fun to be with. I couldn’t think of any reason why a woman won’t like him.
So why won’t I like him?
Because I have Vince, plain and simple.
