Izuku POV:

The first day back to school from the events of the work study were kinda boring to say the least. Most of it consisted of a review over what we already touched on and a few training exercises for hero training. I honestly didn't pay much attention since my focus was on some occurrences that happened in the 11th ward of Tokyo. I didn't know the details, but I was able to get some info from both Chisaki and Arima that something happened to the Doves and the CCG office in that area. Once they found some intel on the matter, Arima said that it was almost as if every dove was specifically targeted and butchered. There was only one group that one would have the man power and two would be stupid enough to pick a fight with the CCG to begin with to this degree. But in order to be sure, I had to talk to Dabi today to see if he had any recent intel on the matter as well as hearing any word of a jailbreak from Aogiri. Once I was free from school, I walked right to the faculty lounge where Dabi, Kai, and Uta who decided to visit today were talking with Nezu.

"Dabi, can I have a word?" "Sure boss. What's this about?" I sat down with Uta passing me a cup of coffee that smelled like it was made fresh. "Thank you." I took a sip before starting with my question. "Have you heard anything about a raid happening by Aogiri?" "Hmm, I've heard a rumor or two about one that's gonna be on Cochlea." "Wait a minute, Cochlea? That's impossible. Any attempt on that would be nothing short of a suicide attempt." "Not exactly Chisaki." Arima states this while entering into the room. "What are you doing here?" "I came to give a visit and intelligence about the current situation with the 11th ward." Arima gave me a folder of what he obtained before continuing. "Cochlea is one of the most impenetrable strongholds of the CCG, but it is still possible to break into. There are a few cracks in its defense that if a large group of powerful Ghouls would attack, then they could break into the prison. Getting out however would only be possible if most of the high class investigators were busy at the moment."

Hearing this statement got me thinking of the situation that we're in right now. "Arima, do you have a map of all the wards that are in Tokyo right now?" He brought it out with me taking a few markers out to color in some areas. Once I was done, everyone looked at the map curiously.

"Wards 1-5 and the 18th are currently held by the CCG, so that's six they completely control

"Wards 1-5 and the 18th are currently held by the CCG, so that's six they completely control. Wards 9, 10, 12, 13, and 19 are controlled by Aogiri. Thanks to them clearing the 11th of Doves, they own that one now to make the total for them at six as well. Wards 14 and 20 are owned by a faction that I know won't risk getting involved with either or works with a form of order. between the Doves and other factions." "If the two were to attack one another in an all out war, it'll end in a stalemate for the most part. Not counting how many of the higher ranks of Aogiri and the CCG would perish during it to create an imbalance in power." I shook my head at Uta's assumption on what will happen. "Both will avoid that mainly due to the fact it'll end in that with no guarantee that one or the other will come out superior. The CCG however will look at the 15th and 16th wards since if Aogiri gets them, they could make a punching effect on the territory they have in the 20th or the 14th as a whole. I'd expect the thought to be the 15th since they'd close most backup from headquarters there to make it easier to hold victory over. To counter this, the CCG will most likely make a ploy to reclaim the 11th so that even if they do this, it'll end with the CCG able to do the same thing when they do to the 9th ward. My hypothesis is that the time when this mission happens will be when they attack Cochlea."
