-Meliodas POV-

"Goddess." Elizabeth said.

"I'm a goddess." She said, a little more confident.

"Cool. What will we do first?" I asked.

"You are not angry at me?" She asked.

"No, you haven't done anything wrong." I said, emotionless.

"N-no, but, I thought every demon dislike goddesses as the goddesses hate demons." Elizabeth said.

"Do you hate me?" I asked.

"N-no. That's not what I meant. I-I just-" I cut her off.

"Then it should be fine, what should we do first?" I asked. She started explaining things what we should do as I butted in sometimes. It worked really good and it was done after just a hour.

"So, now when we are done. I have one question." Elizabeth said. I listened.

"I thought you would live in a castle and things. I never heard of you having an adoptive brother either. So why do-" I cut her off.

"This is my adoptive family. My father doesn't care about me and let them adopt me. I never knew my real father that well 'cause he didn't care. I just know that I am the heir to the throne." I said.

"Oh, I am so sorry. I didn't mean to bring up something so personal, I understand if you hate me." Elizabeth said.

"I don't care about him. It is okay." I said, emotionless like always. She nodded.

"So, am I going to keep this a secret or do you want me to tell people?" She asked.

"What?" I asked.

"About you being Meliodas." She said.

"Keep it a secret. I didn't come to school to make friends, but not enemies either." I said. She nodded. We both stood up and walked out of my room. Then down to the outdoor.

"Bye then." She said and kissed my cheek.

"See ya." I said and saw her walk away, cheeks pink. Then I closed the door.

"See ya?" I heard a voice behind me and I knew immediately who it was.

"It's nothing." I said.

"Is she your girlfriend?" Mother asked.

"No." I said and was about to go upstairs to my and Zeldris room when she pulled me inside to the kitchen.

"Tell me. What's her name?" Mother asked.

"What is happening?" Zeldris, who had his cell phone in his hand and siting here before we come, asked.

"Elizabeth." I said to him. He nodded. He knew what was going to happen to me now.

"Elizabeth is her name huh? When did you get together? Is she kind? Funny? What is so special about her? What do you like the most about her? What do you share doing?  Mother asked.

"She isn't my girlfriend." I said.

"I saw her kiss your cheek." Mother said.

"She did what?!" Zeldris asked.

"Kiss his cheek when they said bye." Mother said.

"Who kissed who's cheek?" Father asked as he peeked in.

"Meliodas has a girlfriend that kissed his cheek." Mother said.

"She is not my girlfriend. She was here doing a project." I said.

"Sureee, don't tell if you don't want to." Mother said. I nodded and walked up to my and Zeldris room.

The next day. I woke up, walked to school. Was disrupted by the sins at the middle of the walk. Tried to walk away, but didn't work until I reached the classroom. I sat down beside Elizabeth and the lesson started.

When it was breaks, the sins would come to me and try to figure out who Meliodas, also me is. Elizabeth was always giggling when the sins suggested people.

At the lunch. I planned how to make all the students to get out the teacher. I was in the classroom with Elizabeth.

"Won't you go to your friends?" I asked.

"I don't have any. You and the sins is my closest friends." She said. I nodded.

"Well, I'm sure the sins let you in if you ask. They attacked you the first day because they would test if you would be a good sin. They chose to test you because you seemed nice." I said.

"Really?" She asked.

"Or, that is what I heard from them. I didn't really listen because I think they are annoying. They are always where I am." I said.

"I guess. I won't get any friends this year either." She said. I felt weird when she said that. It felt wrong. Like... then.

"You can always be with me if you want." I said. She kissed my cheek again.

"Thank you Meliodas." She said. I felt like normal when she said that and was a little relieved. Her cheeks heated up.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"Um, yes. It's nothing!" She said.

"Okay then." I said. Then the class started and I started a small commotion, making the students force out the teacher of the classroom. The nest lesson was when we would present the project. When everyone was done, it was break.

"I have asked everyone here. Everyone says that they are also looking for him." Diane said. Asking? Seriously? They could have lied if them was me.

"I guess we need to figure out with the clues we have." King said.

"He started here 3 days ago. He is a demon. Names Meliodas. Going in our class. Is a prince, so I guess he is doing as he wants? Popular?" King said.

"Yeah, get what he wants." Ban said.

"Like many of those rich people. Maybe he is one of those bullies?" Diane suggested. I felt Elizabeth looking at me. I looked at her and saw her looking at me a little sad.

"Are you okay Meli-as?" Elizabeth asked. She was about to say Meliodas. I knew it of how she said Melias.

"Yeah. I don't care." I said and looked out the window. Then the lesson started. The rest of the day was as usual.

I walked home alone and when I come home, I was walking up to my room.

I laid down in bed and started thinking. What was it I felt before? It was not good. It felt like then.

"I'm home!" I heard Zeldris yell.

"Okay!" I yelled back. After laying and thinking about before in a hour, it was dinner. I walked down and sat down at the dinner table together with Zeldris, mother and father.

"Something bothering you Meliodas? You seem to think more then usual." Father said.

"I don't know." I said.

"That's not your usually words. What is on your mind?" Mother asked.

"I don't know. I felt strange today. In a bad way." I answered.

"What happened?" Zeldris asked.

"It was on the lunch. I talked to Elizabeth and I made her hope sink and I felt some knot in my stomach." I said.

"You are getting back your emotions!" Mother said.

"Really? He is?" Zeldris asked.

"Yes! I'm so happy for you!" Mother said.

"Thanks?" I said.

"You need to take it slow now or it might come back too fast and shock you." Father said. I nodded. Not like I can decide by my own.
