When Blake and I got home my phone started ringing. Blake looked at me questionably as I took out my phone.
"Who's calling you at 1:45," Blake questioned and I shrugged.
"No idea," I said and looked at the number. It looked familiar and I picked it up as Blake walked towards the kitchen.
"Hello?" I answered the phone.
"Hey," He said on the other line. My eyes widened and I joined Blake in the kitchen. Blake looked at me weirdly as I was listening to Daniel talk
"So I swore I saw you earlier?" Daniel said.
"Yeah you did," I said and he sighed in relief.
"Well that's great, how are things?" He asked and Blake handed me my food and a water.
"Good, Daniel can you call me in the morning I'm really tired and need to get some sleep," I said, wanting to end the call as soon as possible.
"Uh yeah, I'll call you tomorrow," Daniel said.
"Thanks, bye," I said and hung up quickly.
"Daniel?!" Blake whispered yelled.
"I didn't know he still had my number," I said and put my phone down.
"Well he does and you're totally screwed," Blake said, kinda freaking out.
"No I'm not, And you can't tell Jaden about this," I said and Blake shook his head.
"Jaden should know," Blake said and I glared at him.
"No, Jaden doesn't need to know, what happened between Daniel and I is in the past, Alexis was the only person who knew besides you," I argued.
"Ok but please be careful, and don't talk to Daniel," Blake threatened me and I nodded. Blake took his food and left the kitchen. I sat at the island and at my door before heading upstairs. Once I got to my room I found Lara sitting on the bed, playing with my tablet.
"Baby what are you doing awake," I said in a babyish and she looked up at me.
"No sleep," Lara said, shaking her head.
"But Mommy's tired, you wanna sleep with Mommy?" I asked and she nodded. I took the iPad from Lara and laid down with her on my chest. Lara snuggled up with me and I kissed her head. I rubbed Lara's back for a couple minutes before hearing tiny snores. I smiled and closed my eyes for a couple minutes before falling asleep.
