My lips parted as I gazed up at him.
He smiled a cute smile and tipped his hat. His eyes never left mine as he said, "I'm sorry, a pretty lady should never get hurt."
I smiled and shook my head and said, "Oh no, I'm okay. However, there are other's that are far more...er, attractive than myself."
He shook his head while a blush spread across his cheeks. "No, you..." He trailed.
As he stared at me, I felt heat rise to my cheeks. He made a fist and lightly touched my cheek with it. "You're beautiful."
I coughed and looked away. "Thank you..."
"My name's Arai."
I looked back at the brunette and gave a small grin. "My name is Tora."
He bowed, holding a box in his hands. "It was a blessing to meet you Tora-san."
"As you, Arai-kun."
He smiled and turned away, calling, "I hope we meet again soon."
I waved as he walked away.
"Maybe..." I whispered to the wind.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
I walked back to the bed and breakfast to hear a smack.
I looked to see Haruhi's hand high in the air and shouted something at Hikaoru. Hikaoru gritted his teeth and marched away. I blinked and looked around. I saw Tamaki's mouth was slightly open. I sighed an rubbed the back of my head.
"Good night." I called. They all murmured good night to me as I trudged up the steps to my room. I touched the doorknob and a hand was placed on the door to prevent it from opening. I gasped and spun around.
I saw it was Mori and sighed. "Senpai, you scared me."
Mori looked into my eyes and mumbled an apology. "Who did you think would win?"
I blinked at Mori and said dumbly, "Huh?"
"The contest, who did you think would win?"
I blushed and looked at my toes. "You..." I whispered.
He curled a finger and lifted my chin. I stared into his dark eyes, my blush getting worse by the second. I gritted my teeth as Mori began to lean in closer. His nose brushed mine, and my breath hitched. I licked my lips and soon enough, out lips were pressed to each other's.
I was still trapped between the door and Mori's tall body, and I prayed that this wasn't a dream.
I hoped it was real, and that it had a meaning to it.
Arai soon left my mind. Sure, he is good-looking, but I could never feel anything for him the way I felt for Mori. Arai's words made me feel special, yes, but there was something about Mori that made my toes tingle just at the thought of him.
Mori...is my lover.
Mori and I pulled away from each other, me breathless. I looked at him again and felt my face being cupped. Still breathing heavy, I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him more.
I knew that this was a one-shot type of thing, but Mori wasn't going to be just another boy I thought was cute.
He was going to be my boy.
A/N: Sorry this was short but I knew I should post anyways.
