Donghyuck leaves Mark's room after yelling at him and feels an even bigger pang of guilt, but it quickly gets washed away when he enters his room. His room. His safe place. And the one person he hates the most in the world went through it. Donghyuck sits down on his bed with his friends who look at him with disappointment in their faces.

"Why are you so mean to him?" Jaemin asks Donghyuck.

"He has no right to go through my things!"

"But he is your husband. He DOES have the right to go through your things. He probably meant well." Chenle adds on.

"He just wants to take advantage of me like Nancy did." Donghyuck says rudely.

"No he doesn't. Mark cares about you, you just don't see it."

"But I have a girlfriend and if he did care about me, he would leave me alone like I asked him to. I just want to be free." Donghyuck says as he recalls his past.

Donghyuck walks to his father's room, scared for himself. His father called him to his room after finding out Donghyuck had a girlfriend and Donghyuck knew he was screwed.

"Donghyuck, you know you're going to get married to Minhyung, right?"

"But dad, I don't want to get married to a man, I have a girlfriend."

"You HAVE to get married to him, I don't care what you think!"

"Dad, I just want to be able to do what I want! Why can't you let me free? Just because your life didn't go the way you wanted doesn't mean you make me do the thing YOU couldn't do!" Donghyuck's dad gets up and slaps him hard, the slap echoing through the office, leaving an eerie silence after.

"You are an insolent child! Don't EVER talk back to me! You'll be getting married and that's the end of the topic!"

"You never let me do ANYTHING! I just want to become an idol and you're already making me get married! I'm 18 for god's sake!" Donghyuck is close to tears, but his father shows him no mercy.

"And have you thought that Minhyung is only a year older than you and he's already working at his parents company?" Donghyuck's father bites back.

"Stop comparing me with him! I'm Donghyuck, not Mark! You're supposed to be my dad!"

"I don't care what you think, you are getting married. You can come back home to live a free life if you want, but someone will face consequences."

"Is it me?"

"No."

"As long as it isn't me."
