Chapter 12

As soon as Mark and Donghyuck reach their house, Donghyuck back hugs Mark, holding him closely to his body.

"I thought you wouldn't come..." Donghyuck sniffles into Mark's jacket.

"How could you think something like that? I'm not that busy that I wouldn't come to my hubby's graduation." Mark turns around and grabs Donghyuck into his arms.

"Do I get my present now?" Donghyuck smirks and tightens his grip onto Mark's waist.

"First we play a little game Hyuck. It's hide and seek. Find me in 5 minutes, you get to top, don't find me, I get to top."

"Fine with me." Donghyuck shrugs. "I'll set the timer on Alexa. You can start hiding now."

"See you in 5!" Mark runs off and begins to search for a place to hide. He looks up and finds the door to the attic. Perfect! Donghyuck doesn't even know it exists!

Mark opens the door, which is located in the middle of the hallway, and quietly climbs the stairs and closes the door. Mark finds himself a corner to hide in and hold his breath, using a blanket to cover himself. He jumps up a little when he hears footsteps under him, but after what seems like an hour, Mark hears the bell ring for the timer. He'd won! Mark opens the attic and climbs down, he then sees Donghyuck smirking at him while holding his phone... which has a 30 second timer. He'd been tricked and caught. That son of a-

"Caught you little lion!" Donghyuck wastes no time and grabs Mark's wrist, pulling him into their shared bedroom. When he looks back and sees Mark looking scared and biting his lip, Donghyuck freezes. "I'm gonna go easy on you, you know I was kidding about leaving you in pain."

"I know. I'm just scared... scared of the pain..." Mark says quietly.

"You know what? How about we take it very slow and you can tell me how fast to go or to slow down."

"That- that would be great." Mark smiles softly and gives Donghyuck a little peck on the lips.

"Come on lion, let's get started." Donghyuck leans in for a kiss, and the two boys' lips collide softly.

Mark's gotten better, Donghyuck can tell. The way his lips move so expertly with his, makes Donghyuck go crazy. He loves Mark, he loves his goofy smile, his adorable pouts, his sexy lips, him. Just both of them in this world would be enough. But of course, there's too much to be told in the kiss, that Donghyuck needs to say it out loud.

"I love you Mark." He whispers.

"F-fuck." Mark breaths out, surprised.

"I'm being serious, why do you look so distracted?" Donghyuck pouts.

"Y-you just looked so-so sexy saying that..." Mark stutters, still staring at Donghyuck's face in awe.

"Damn. And I thought you were gonna go like, 'This is a one time thing, got it?' Or something. You scared me for a second." Donghyuck chuckles.

"I would never!" Mark huffs, deeply offended.

"Sorry for thinking that, I'll make it up to you, okay?" Mark nods cutely, "Let's take it to the bedroom?" Donghyuck sticks out his hand, which Mark takes.

The both walk hand and hand into their shared room and Mark's eyes widen as he sees what's inside. The bed is filled with rose petals that shape into a heart. Mark looks at Donghyuck, and grins broadly, making Donghyuck smile as well.

"I love you Hyuck."

"I love you too little lion."
