"Hey Girl" said Cycy while she came in.
" Good morning Cycy" I said.
She sat down on her chair. The office was large and we shared it. She therefore said
" Why do you always want me to ask you before you decide to buy tell me something ?
"Be clear "
"How was your the night ?"
" I should instead ask you that question, Chris slept at your place".
" And you slept at Jason's right ?"
" Separate rooms".
" I guessed that".
" He invited me to stay over with him for the number of days I'll need to find a new apartment"
" Jason ?"
"Yes, exactly. Sometimes he acts so cute and sometimes, he's just so , I mean so odd"
" But, you like him like that" she said with this smile.
" I think so".
" And he seems to like you too".
" He hasn't given any clue yet"
" To be honest, it's written on his front head".
"I don't still think that".
" Chris told me he thinks he likes you, and has crushed on you".
" he just thinks ?"
,"But he kissed you infront of everyone"
" Remember we are supposed to be dating"
" It doesn't mean anything".
" It's okay, it's okay. I think we have some work".
Being his assistant, I had to do in the typing, plan rendez vous, manage his agenda, prepare documents, go and attend meetings with him. I even did all his job. He can't do anything without an assistant.
He called on my office phone and asked me to meet him in his office. I got up and went out of our office, straight to Jason's office.
When I entered his office,I said
"Yea, you wanted to see me ?
"First of all, it's "Mr Jason, and second, talk with a little bit of professionalism", " That's why I'm paying you"
"I'm I your assistant or your girlfriend ?"
" Here, I'm your boss and outside, we are dating".
" Yes, tell me what do you want now ?
" You need to learn good manners "
" That wasn't an answer to my question"
" See, my mom has heard about us. Our date at her restaurant and the fact that you slept with me yesterday at my place, that we work together and we are officially dating".
"And what do you expect me a to do? "
" Can I finish talking ?".
" Continue"
" She wants us to come tonight at her place for dinner. In short, she wants to meet you".
" Okay"
" After work, get something nice to wear, go to a saloon, and do whatever can make you look more presentable "
I was really offended. Why will he always want to sound disrespectful ?. And that's the part of him I hated.
