Stuck in the infirmary...?

The Solace boy can sure look so beautiful even while pouting, thought Nico to himself. But, that wasn't important at this point, if Solace was actually pouting, it must be really serious because the very being right in front of Nico, Nico's definition of sunshine is hardly ever gloomy

Jason thought, "Finally, Nico's gonna grow up with a loving person."

But Will's expression was very strict and stern and Jason could feel the jealousy aura radiating from the Sunshine boy, never like he'd ever seen before because Will was the most fun in camp.

Will demanded Nico to come over right that instant and Nico looked up to Jason. Jason thought, "How could Nico be this dense? That was his cue." Jason gently nodded and told the younger boy to go over to where his heart actually belonged, only leaving  shortly after.

Nico trudged along the sidewalk trying ever-so-hard not to look too delighted. He then later noticed Will in his surgeon clothes, secretly hoping to see Will in action like how he was during the Titans' War, as the camp's best medic. Reaching over towards the Solace boy, Nico glanced up, used his harder tone and asked, "What do you want from me?"

However, the ever-so-gleaming smile of Will's couldn't be seen, only then did Nico realise he had screwed all of it up again. Will looked as if he had been punched in the face only believing that being hit by someone would hurt less than this...

Will tried to act nonchalant now that his purpose of bringing his little Neeks, a nickname he had wanted to give since forever, was very successful indeed just by the looks of it.

He tried to keep it cool and asked, "Why haven't you been visiting me? I was expecting you to come over to see me like, everyday. But you never showed up and I'll be honest, I was very disappointed. I thought we were—"  Lovers, was what the blonde wanted to say.

But he instantly said, "I thought we were friends." The son of Hades looked as if he was going to shrink from an information overload. "What did Will mean by 'disappointed ', he also mentioned we were friends, but does that mean I have no longer any chance to win his heart? Does he talk to his friends in this way too?" Nico's heart was full of questions which he had no answers to.

After a few seconds of awkward silence, Will spoke up "Hey, I know. Why don't you come over and help me in the infirmary while you can Nico? I could use some of your presence there."

Little Nico's heart skipped a beat or two. He wanted to say "YES" right away but now wouldn't be a good idea, he didn't know how to act in front of his new crush.

Just a day ago, he opened up his past feelings to Percy Jackson, a guy who had settled down in his heart as a big-figure for the past 4 years, but that doesn't seem to matter anymore, since Will, the most beautiful sunshine he's ever seen in 70 years and Solace's warmth is what Nico's ever gonna need.

Nico replied nervously, "Okay sure, but can I come over tomorrow? I'm not yet ready."

The bushes behind them shuffled back and forth.

The son of Apollo looked a bit upset but persuading Nico to give him a bit of his time was all he needed so Will nodded in agreement. "Sure, tomorrow then. Don't you dare forget Di Angelo" teased the blonde.

Nico promised on the River Styx and said his goodbyes only to run off as fast as he could to report the lovely news to Jason, the one and only lightning boy in Camp...
