During...

The children of Hecate knew Will would be out around late noon and so they managed to prepare ahead of time. Once Jace realised his plan was working, he quickly decided to put more effect into his speaking, some words that Will would never forgive Nico for when heard.

He saw Will running away from the cabins and so he decided to put an end to the show, changed into his form and pretended nothing ever happened among his half-siblings.

What are those kids doing, thought Annabeth, looking from her cabin window. She saw some Hermes cabin members so she just assumed they were pulling another stupid prank again.

It was so stupid of me to ask Di Angelo for help, thought Will. I should have just learnt my lesson from years ago when a boy I trusted and had faith in too much betrayed me...

Will decided not to let his past emotions sweep him away like a tide washing over the shells ashore. He promised himself not to have emotions for anybody...not to love anyone ever again because it hurts so much and it was the only thing Will couldn't cure.

Meanwhile, Nico was in his cabin, with a few cans of soda and snacks all prepared for spending the next day few days, with his ray of sunshine. He even prepared what to wear for tomorrow ahead so he wouldn't disappoint the blonde. The young boy sent prayers to his Dad and asked for guidance during the times he'd be spending with Solace.

He couldn't shake off the nervous and excited feelings he had throbbing inside his body. It will be alright, just relax and make sure you choose the right words not to let him down, Nico reassured himself. He wanted to call Jason and ask for help again but he felt like he'd be dragging Grace into his own love problems so he threw the thought away. Nico felt so excited yet he needed so much rest...it was late noon but he fell asleep not knowing what happened afterwards.

The next day...

"Oh my god, I'm so going to be late!" cried Nico. He washed up quickly, put on his clothes he prepared last night and dashed for the infirmary. His cabin was a bit in the corner and it took a while to reach Cabin 7, where his crush cured his patients. He couldn't wait to see the son of Apollo with surgeon clothes healing people.

The very thought of it made Nico felt like Camp Half-Blood would always be his actual home with lots of warmth.

He had also brought his cans and snacks for his sunshine. A few minutes later, about 10 metres to the infirmary, he was stopped by Kayla, Will's half-sister.

"Are you going to the infirmary?" asked Kayla.

"Yep, your brother asked me to be there for the next few days", replied Nico.

"Well Nico, I was about to go to your cabin to tell you this but since I ran into you here, I'll be saying it now."

"Sure Kayla, what's up?"

Kayla looked at Nico, and thought, he looked so prepared for this, he even brought food for brother. But no, he's just going to break Will's heart. So heartless...

"Will asked me to inform you that you wouldn't be needed at the infirmary."

"Huh, so when will I be needed?" asked the confused boy.

"Well, not anymore, according to what he said. He said he didn't need you to come to the infirmary anymore."

"But, why?" Nico made sure.

"That's what he said boy, no more questions" and Kayla went off.

Nico stood there, trying to process things in his head. Did he somehow make Will angry? Did he mess everything up again? He just wanted to have some time with his crush.

He suddenly remembered someone saying the children of Hades couldn't have real happiness.

However, Nico wasn't ready to give up just yet. He had to give up on Percy, but he's not going to let the same happen with Will again. And so he rushed over to the infirmary.

As soon as Nico reached the infirmary, Will opened the door.

"What are you doing here?" scowled Will.

"Well, you asked me to come help right?" replied Nico.

"I thought Kayla made it very clear you shouldn't be here" stated Will.

"But Will, why? I don't understand, did I somehow make you angry?" asked Nico, very confused. He had looked forward to this in forever and just because of some unexplained matter, he couldn't let go of his time with Solace.

"Why, you ask. You're just a nuisance, I should've known you were up to no good. I thought you were a good person Di Angelo. I thought, maybe I could try to get to know you better. But hah.....I should've known better than to dig a grave for myself.

"What nonsense are you spewing Solace? I promised you I would come over to help didn't I?" answered Nico.

"Of course you did!" shouted Will, which made Nico flinch. "Then what? To break my heart right?"

Nico was speechless.

"Come on, say something you idiot, cat's got your tongue?" glared Will.

"Will, I don't know what you're trying to convey but I won't ever do such a thing to you!" cried Nico.

"Just get out of my sight....GET OUT!" shouted Will. Due to a very big shout, Other campers came out of their cabins, eyes widely opened. "Please get out", cried Will.

"I'm...I'm so sorry Will, I didn't mean to hurt you like this, I swear" Nico choked back a sob, he couldn't bear to see someone he loves hurting inside and ran off to the woods, leaving all the soda cans and snacks on the grass he once stood.

Will cried intensely at the doorstep and Kayla had to bring him inside to settle him down.

Nico held back his tears until he reached the woods and when he arrived, he plopped down, hands over his eyes, crying...
