Happily ever after...?

Nico screamed in pain. His body felt like it was on fire. Imagine carrying the biggest blue whale, Nico felt the weight on his body 10 times heavier. He stumbled down a small hill and fell under the feet of the two other boys. By now, the spirit was nowhere to be seen.

"Oh gods Percy...what do we do?", asked Jason worriedly.

"We should bring him back to camp and to Cabin 7. Will might know what to do with him", replied the son of Poseidon.

Jason wished Will would become less angry by the time they reach camp. He was aware of some things Percy wasn't.

"Okay, I'll carry him with my winds and you lead, Percy", said Jason.

"Sure, lightning boy", Percy replied.

"Ja..son, don't go so fast", whimpered Nico.

"Sorry Nico, I'll be careful", apologised Jason. We need to get out of here as fast as possible though, thought Jason.

Jason and Nico flew while Percy summoned enough water from Long Island Sound to carry him back to camp. They reached the entrance to the camp from the woods and Percy shouted, "WE NEED HELP WITH THE MEDIC! CABIN 7, PLEASE ASSIST!"

Will heard Percy and headed towards the source of the voice. There, he saw the partially unconscious Nico being gently carried in the arms of Jason.

"Give him to me quick!", insisted Will. Jason was surprised to see Will acting that way. He then realised Will probably already knew the truth and so he handed Nico over to the Solace boy and grinned, "Don't go overboard okay, my good friend here is very soft and delicate", Jason winked and left with Percy.

Will carried Nico in bridal style and headed for the infirmary. The Solace boy tried his best to cure Nico with all the gifts he inherited from his father, Apollo.

"Nico, please recover for me", Will silently prayed.

Minutes later, Nico blinked his eyes and registered a face with blonde hair and blue eyes. When his mind started processing, the only name he could think of was: Will.

Nico realised he couldn't give up on Will, but this time, he wasn't sure whether the person in front of him was Will or Jason.

So he decided to push his luck, and croaked, "Will?"

"Yes! It's me Neeks, William Solace!", exclaimed the blonde boy happily.

"N-Neeks?" stuttered Nico, sleepily.

"Yep, a nickname I've always wanted to give to my beautiful angel right here", replied Solace.

"Me?" "But how?", asked Nico, confused.

"Look at me Neeks, I'm truly, truly sorry for what I've blurted out this morning and it was so wrong of me to not listen to you. I apologise for shutting you out and making you leave. I'm so ashamed of myself and to be called a 'Sunshine' from you, oh my gods Nico, I'm so unworthy of your beautiful love", explained Will.

"'Sunshine'?" Nico thought for the longest time... "Oh my gods, I'm going to kill Jason..", threatened Nico.

"No you won't sweetheart", winked Will.

"Did you just call me...'sweetheart'?" asked Nico, very dumbfounded.

"I know you probably hate me now, I didn't go over to the woods to save you, because I didn't know the truth back then but it was really stupid of me, whether I knew the truth or not, it's my duty to save people, especially you!" cried Will.

"Wow Solace you big dummy, how in Hades could I ever hate you? You're the most beautiful person I've ever seen inside out and if anyone is unworthy of your love, it's me!", exclaimed the young boy.

"So, can I assume we have a mutual feeling here? Nico di Angelo, would you do the honors of becoming my boyfriend?", asked Will, puppy-eyed.

"Oh my gods Will, of course!", squealed Nico.

"Neeks, I'm feeling so happy right now, it feels so dreamy", blushed Will.

"You are such a silly sunshine", pointed Nico. "C'mere."

Nico reached out his arms and pulled Will in to enjoy the son of Apollo's sunshine-like-warmth.

"Thank you for giving me warmth, Will", said Nico dozing off. The boy started to snore gently and Will whispered into the sleeping boy's ears, "I love you Neeks, forever and ever. Good night."
