Before...

Nico ran as fast as he could to find the lightning boy. He had to get to Jason no matter what, his crush had just asked him for help.

Finally!

Nico saw a mop of blonde hair down the hill, near the fighting arena and called out, "Jason! I need you here right now!" 

The good blonde friend came up the hill as fast as he could, sweating buckets. "What is it Nico? Any great news?"

"Yes you dummy!", exclaimed Nico. "He finally asked me to help and I'm afraid I might screw things up." 
Jason reassured him, told him not to get too excited and that everything will turn out okay.

Nico gave a friendly hug to Jason, "Payback for what you did", smirked the young boy.

"Awww Nico, you're going to have lots of fun!" replied Jason.

Nico nodded and said goodbye to his good friend, getting ready for something that didn't need to be prepared.

Meanwhile, Jace gathered a few people in his cabin, the ones who can nail trickery and the Mist best. Jace called out, "I know a few of us don't really like how the Death Boy acts towards us and I've always wanted to beat that stupid smirk and glares of his. So, I have a plan and I'm hoping you all would cooperate."

"What if we don't?" called out a girl named Lyssa from the cabin. "Jace, stop making things hard for the kid. He's lost his important people, a SISTER!"

"Whatever," said Jace. He continued proceeding with the plan and got them all ready by late noon.

Will came out of his cabin and yawned, What a good day to have a walk with Nico.

He smiled at the thought of that. 

He went out having some strolls and his heart started thumping so hard, it nearly pumped out of his chest. It was Nico, the love of his life. He went closer to have a conversation with his Neeks, even if it was just a few seconds, or it could even be a hello.

But before he could do that, Nico was already surrounded by a few other campers. Will felt a twinge sense of melancholy. Knowing Nico's attitude, he wondered how he could handle a small crowd so well.

He didn't try to interfere but looked at his sweetheart from a distance. Adorable, he thought.

The small crowd was laughing so hard and that got Will's full attention. The blonde boy wanted to know what it was about. Usually he wasn't that inquisitive, but it was Nico he was talking about.

He approached the crowd in a silent manner and listened from a safe distance.

"Then, he asked me to help in his infirmary like, who does that?!" mockingly laughed Nico. "What was he thinking? Did he actually think I would help him? Never. I've given him my promise but I'll probably reason him the next day telling I had important matters to discuss with Jason. I'm kinda nervous but yeah, that boy can handle heartaches right?"

 "Besides, I enjoy being with Jason more, I feel very relaxed and comfortable around him. And truthfully, I guess I'm falling for him deeper", added Nico.

Will shook his head in disbelief. He knew it was all wrong, he wished, it'd been all wrong. But the actual person is here, talking as if those words were trivial but they were sharper than ice daggers all piercing into the boy's soft heart.

Will was so upset, so so upset. He wanted to kick everything that stands in his way, even Nico.

The son of Apollo ran away as fast as he could from Di Angelo and cried near Thalia's pine tree. He prayed all of this was just an illusion, or a dream. But, he's aware of the situation very well. He just had to give up on the son of Hades. Will was so not fond of liars, and especially those who break their promises so easily as if promises were as fragile as glass...
