It was hard to tell but supposedly it had been a few days, Augromat was scouting out the castle when he came across what appeared to be the east hallway of the royal family, on the wall was chiseled a detailed history of the people, Under the dim torchlight. It was hard to make out. But the kingdom only had one king, his rule was about fifty years, Augromat decided to start at the beginning, it started with a war, three heroes led the charge, a human warrior, a Dragonborn mage, who mainly wielded a sword, and the last was a species with almost demonic horns and black skin, who appeared to use blood magic with a sword as there channel. It was impossible to find out what they were fighting because some sort of rot had covered the chiseled stone. After their fight they got a powerful relic with everyone close to the king getting a wish, however, the king used two. No one knew what the wishes were, however, Augromat could guess all of them. Augromat heard the sound of crumbling bricks followed by "Is it just me or is it hot in here?" Tom commented, Out of the corner of Augromat's eye he saw a tapestry moving as if being blown by a light breeze, When Augromat looked behind the tapestry he saw five to ten small holes with air being blown out of them, Augromat felt the air and found that it was warm. Augromat breathed fire through the vent and quickly darted around to find where the air was coming from, Augromat saw an illuminated room down one of the hallways and entered it to see Barty manning what looked to be a forge.
Barty took the large bowl that he had grabbed out of the furnace and poured the liquid metal into a cast, after cooling to the point of being solid he took it out of the cast and started hammering it into shape, he then cooled it further by dipping it in some water which he had accumulated over the course of those days via the dripping ceiling, the metal hissed as it cooled, Barty pulled the metal out of the water to find it warped and destroyed, Barty tossed it in a small pile of other failed attempts. Augromat walked in Barty simply looked over at him then went back to heating the metal. "So," Augromat said, "You need help?" "Yes!" Barty exclaimed, "I've been trying to build a functioning hand for the past few days, all failed." Augromat Breathed fire at the flames and in no time flat, he had heated the metal to the point of being red hot and easily moldable (If you could touch it). "How can I help?" Augromat said, A smile Appeared on Barty's face "I Have an idea..."
Barty Manned the bellows while Augromat continuously Breathed fire on the metal, Barty took the metal out of the forge and poured it into a new cast, this time dipping it in oil, when Barty pulled the pieces out of the cast there were nineteen small pieces and two large pieces. Barty then put it back in the forge with a spell to resist the heat, Barty then pulled out a large lump of coal and handed it to Augromat. Augromat breathed fire on his hands while using all his strength to press the coal down turning it into a diamond, Barty Quickly cut the diamond into that classic Diamond shape then took the smaller of the large pieces out of the furnace and spun the diamond quickly, drilling it into the metal piece. Then he took the larger of the two and put it on the end of his arm. Augromat watched as the Diamond started to glow and the other pieces of metal started hovering toward Barty's arm, Barty's hand was complete, it was quite brilliant actually, each individual piece was its own "Bone" and using stored magic in Barty's arm it was able to hover in thin air, There was nothing attaching the hand to his arm, each joint just floated there, Barty looked at the hand and smiled before opening and closing it a few times to get a feel for it. He grabbed a sword and practiced with it for a bit. "Sadly," Barty said while fencing the air, "Since this Arm isn't organic" He swung at the air and parried "It doesn't have the luxury of" Barty Blocked and swung "Muscle memory." Barty looked at the sword and turned it around in his hand before sheathing it.
"Hey, I found something!" Tom shouted, Augromat and Barty walked out of the room to find Tom burning the Tapestries that draped the walls, "AAAAAH!" Barty Screamed, It took a few seconds for Barty to come back to reality but when he did he lunged at Tom, tackling him to the ground, before repeatedly punching him in the face While Screaming in his face saying
