The scene shifted. It was the morning after the Yule Ball. Nessa passed a shelf full of books, looked around and finally found Rose, "Oh, there you are. I've been looking for you everywhere."

She sat down across from Rose who did not let a single word out of mouth.

"So about last night, are you good?" continued Nessa, Rose didn't say anything, "Good, that's cool. I met a few crazy hot Bulgarians and I was thinking..."

"I don't care" Rose interrupted.

"Oh, come on, Rose. Scorpius was just some guy."

"No, he wasn't just some guy. And I'm not your supersoldier. I'm not strong and you wanna know why?" she stopped for a second, "because I wasn't prepared to be heartbroken. I didn't know what it was like until this very moment, and I'm not ready for this. I can't do this. It hurts and you are to blame. You led me  into this idealistic road that You thought was right for me. Well that left me unprepared for the real deal and look at me, right now. I'm at the library for goodness sake. I wasn't prepared to be broken, because I thought I was made of steel and that was because you made me that way."

Nessa said quietly, "Rose."

"Don't speak to me." Rose sharply said.

Nessa stood up and bent down by Rose's side. She put her hands in Rose's face and kissed her. Rose tried to push away, but Nessa wouldn't let go.

"So this is it. All the times you tried to push me away from Scorpius was because of this." said Rose, "So, it was because you didn't want me to love anybody but you. That's quite selfish really."

"Look, I'm not a supersoldier either. I have been broken before, and you're to blame. I told my dad about us two, I told him how much, I–" Nessa was in tears, "I loved you. And the next thing I know, you're snogging Malfoy. I've been trying to like I don't care for all this time, but this past as been the shittiest year. I think all this time you've extremely unfair to me."

"You said it was casual. You said if we wanted to shag a guy, we could, and if we didn't we experimented with each other." said Rose.

"It meant nothing to you?" asked Nessa crying, " None of the pictures or the videos we filmed together?"

"Not really, no. I thought it was just for fun." said Rose.

Nessa left in tears.

She sat in one of the arches of the bridge linking the school. Stephano Zabini walked by with a bunch of girls, giggling and laughing at his jokes. He saw Nessa crying, so did the girls but none of them seemed to care.

"Excuse me." he said to the girls surrounding him, and he approached Nessa, "What's wrong?"

The girls dispersed from the bridge leaving them all alone.

She wiped the tears off her face, "Nothing."

"This doesn't seem like nothing. It seems pretty serious actually." he said stroking her arm gently, she put her head in his shoulder.

"It's just this gir–guy. This guy." she said.

"There's a lot of broken hearts around the school this year." he said and Nessa nodded.

"We agreed that it was just casual, but I got serious. Apparently he didn't feel the same." said Nessa wiping yet another tear.

"It's okay I care." said Zabini

*Out of the memory*

"I'm so sorry" said Scorpius, feeling remorseful.

"It's okay, I'm not mad anymore." said Nessa, "I was never mad at you."

"I had no idea about any of this." said Scorpius.

"Of course not, you're not supposed to know. I still have the pictures of Rose, and I'm not deleting them. I still have feelings for her." said Nessa.

"There's pictures?"

"Yeah, a lot of them." said Nessa, "I could foward them to you, if you want."

Scorpius laughed, "Yeah, at least I'd have something to do all day. Like looking at my wife's naked teenage pictures."

"You still don't have a job?" asked Nessa.

"They won't even let me set foot on a job interview." said Scorpius,"At least here, in England."

"I don't wish the worse for you and Rose, but maybe if you left, for a while, you could get your life sorted out. Rose could get her own life sorted out. Then in a year, maybe more you could come back and be together again." said Nessa, "That's what I would do."

"Would I be a bad person if I did that?" he asked, "I'm making life for her very hard."

"If you leave, make sure you always foward money to her, for Andrew, Meredith and herself, okay?" said Nessa, "She will be very upset and you need to keep helping her consistently, because she will give up."
