Chapter 17

Yerin's POV

"Headmaster, we need to go back in there." I shouted. We were currently back at school and I'm at the headmaster's office arguing with the headmaster.

"I'm sorry Yerin but I can't. I have to protect my students." – Headmaster

"SinB is your student too." – Yerin

"But we can't, it's too dangerous." – Headmaster

"I don't care. SinB saved us so we must repay her." – Yerin

"Then do you want to see her efforts on saving us go in vein? I don't want to lose 70 lives just to try to save one life." – Headmaster

"So, you disregard as your student?" – Yerin

"That's not I mean." – Headmaster

"Whatever, I'm done." I said before storming off to the school's rooftop. When I open the door, I saw a silhouette balancing on the railings while looking up into the sky. 'Oh my gosh...what if she falls? What should I do?' I panicked. 'Should I say something? What should I do? Call for help? What if she jumps?'

"H-Hey...is everything okay?" Silence...

I said while squinting my eyes to get a clearer look. Upon closer inspection, I realised the girl was wearing a black cloak and she had long green hair. I was looking at her side view when I thought she looked awfully familiar. Then I traced her facial features with my eyes. Her nose and lips...they reminded me of SinB. But...SinB did not have any green hair. 'Am I hallucinating?'

"SinB? I-Is that you?" I asked. Only to receive a silence treatment.

"SinB?" I said again, this time a bit louder. Again, silence...

"SinB-ah!" This time I shouted. I ran towards the mysterious girl only to bump into an unknown force, causing me to fall down.

The girl started to jump around on the railings before stopping on the same location I saw her at.

"Stay strong, Yennie." The girl whispered before leaning back, letting herself fall off the building.

"NO!" I stood up running to the edge but I couldn't see her body anywhere. 'I'm just hallucinating, don't worry.' I repeated that over and over again to myself trying to convince myself that I just miss SinB too much and this was all just a dream.

SinB's POV

"Hey. Don't you think that those people you know have come to venture into the dungeon?" – Magnus

"Hmm? Why would they?" – SinB

"I mean last time the dungeon opened, and you guys were the ones who came into the dungeon. Don't you think they are here to complete the whole dungeon?" – Magnus

"So? What's your point?" – SinB

"My point is that, there is a S ranked monster there, don't you think that they might be in trouble?" – Magnus

"I mean...they have the headmaster, Yerin, Ms Kim and all the other teachers. What's there is to be afraid?" – SinB

"Hey. Come on. Let's just secretly follow them in case." – Magnus

"Fine. Fine. I have time to spare anyways." – SinB

I teleported back to the dungeon which I just left 20 minutes ago.

From here on, all SinB's and Magnus's conversation will be converse telepathically.

"Hey. The wall...it's gone." -Magnus
