Chapter 6: The Help [011]

"Yo Soon!" Jun walked into the classroom loud as usual. "Yo Jun!" Soonyoung greeted back. "Soon, I need a huge favor from you," Jun's tone became more serious. "Sure what is it bro?" Soonyoung asked. "I need you to get the Lee brothers and come to the roof asap," Jun answered. "But first period is about to start," Soonyoung stated. "Screw first period," Jun said before walking out of the classroom.

"Alright, I got them here," Soonyoung said walking onto the roof with three boys behind him. "What do you want?" asked one. "Why am I here," asked another. "What about class," asked the third. "Ahh the Lawyer Lees," Jun said with a grin. 

The Lee brothers--a.k.a the Lawyer Lees. These three brothers who are most known for their dad owning the biggest law firm in the city. Jihoon, the oldest, is a rather short fellow with quite the temper but is always calm despite the fact. He strikes fear into most people he meets due to his severe calmness. He is also most likely to take over the firm his father retires. Seokmin, the second oldest, is a bright fellow. He is scared of most things, especially authority, which is why he doesn't like to break the rules. Chan, the youngest, is a brilliant one. He skipped his last year of middle school and graduated with his brothers and has been the youngest in his grade since starting high school. Their father has taken them to many business events since they were little, which is how they met Soonyoung and Jun. 

"You have 5 seconds to state your business or I'm leaving," Jihoon stated. "Okay, okay, okay Mr. Impatient," Jun snickered, "We need help for an investigation." "Ooh?" Seokmin was intrigued. "Wait what-" Soonyoung was surprised. "So you dragged us here without even knowing the purpose yourself," Jihoon nagged Soonyoung, causing him to scratch the back of his neck nervously. 

Just then Somin came onto the roof. "Woah shit Somin?" Soonyoung looked at Jun is shock, "Are you two dating for real?" "No, I'm about to explain it so shush," Jun stated before explaining. 

*in spongebob voice* A few minutes later 

"Wait so you're telling me her brother, Wonwoo, got beat the shit out of in an alley and you're trying to figure out who did it and why," Soonyoung asked. "Yes," Jun nodded. "But he's so quiet, like Hoon. Who would have a problem with him?" Seokmin asked, "That's what we wanna know to," Jun stated, "so you in?" "Hell yeah, investigation time let's goooo!" Soonyoung exclaimed. "There's a 99% chance he didn't deserve it so I'm in," Seokmin said. "What's the 1%?" Jun asked. "He pissed in someone's cereal," Chan said, "I'm in." "Hoon?" Soonyoung looked at the small brother. "Fine," Jihoon sighed, "Only because there's clearly someone who needs to be locked up for assault." "Yes!" Jun celebrated, "Ya hear that Hao?" "Mhm," hummed a concentrated Minghao. "Eh?!" Soonyoung was surprised, "How long has he been there?" "He was there the whole time," Jun stated. "Some investigator you are," Jihoon scoffed. 

"Okay so we'll meet everyday at lunch," Jun stated, "depending on the urgency of it, we'll meet as soon as we come to school or as soon as the situation happens. Agreed?" he added.  The rest nodded and agreed before heading off to their classes while Somin and Minghao remained. "You're not going to class?" Somin asked. "My first period is study hall so I'd be doing the same thing I'm doing now, only here I have less distractions. So I might as well stay here," Minghao explained. Just then Jun came over and rested his head on Minghao's shoulder. "You know what, on second thought the classroom seems better," Minghao teased. "What no, stay," Jun whined, causing Minghao to snicker. "Why aren't you in class?" Jun asked. "My first class is gym, my gym teacher has a thing for my cheer coach so he favors the girls on the team," Somin explained. "I-" Jun was left speechless. "I'm-" Minghao was also left speechless. Somin giggled at the two's reaction to her words. 

"You're gonna come during lunch for the meetings?" Jun asked. "I've been coming here for lunch since I found out what happened to Woo so I might as well come to the meetings," Somin answered. "Okay, the first one's tomorrow because we've already had a meeting today so it'd just be the three of us for lunch today," Jun stated. "Okay," Somin nodded in understanding. Jun yawned, "okay I'm gonna take a nap now. Wake me when it's second period." "Oh god," Minghao rolled his eyes.

It was lunchtime and Jun and Minghao made their way to the roof as they did everyday but was surprised to see Kim Mingyu there with Somin. "Yo Gyu," Jun greeted. "Yo," Mingyu greeted back. "Hey Gyu did you get lunch yet?" Somin asked. "No," the tall boy responded. "Wanna come with me to buy something?" Somin smiled gently. "Sure," Mingyu agreed and they walked out. 

"What was he doing here?" Minghao questioned. "Who knows," Jun shrugged his shoulders before basically inhaling his lunch.
