I'm being shook repeatedly and tapped I open my eyes , it's blurry but I can still make out Reids face . Reid tells me " no no ... come on ... open those eyes and keep them open . The ambulance is 5 minutes out ." Then he screams " WHERE IS THE AMBULANCE?." I jumped when he screamed ... next thing u know I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open . I guess I passed out because I woke up in an elevator with Reid by my side . The EMT is telling me to keep my breathing steady and not to breathe too hard. Reid grabs my hand and holds it , I squeeze back and he apologizes. He apologizes for acting like a jerk that night ... I accept it because if I do die I don't want to die with hate in my heart .
5 minutes later ...
I tell Reid that my body's getting cold and he takes his FBI jacket off and wraps it around me . My body gets internally cold and my eyes shut ... Reids last words were " don't go - please .. I love you ." My monitor flat lined and I was out .
Reid's POV : Sydney just flat lined , it's hard to think about ... she's dead . I acted like a full ass jerk and now she's dead . I hope she didn't hear me when I told her that I love her because I don't want to sound like a weirdo . We made it to the hospital and I was met with Sydneys siblings and the team. They asked me what happened and before I could get the words out I was called into the room . The nurse told me that they were able to get her heartbeat going again , and that she wanted to see me . I walk in and I see a blood covered Sydney , " Reid I want u specifically to know that they're putting me in a coma . Tell my siblings that I love them and that I am alive . She motioned for me to move closer and she whispered in my ear " Reid , if I die ... make sure u kick my dads ass for me ", Sydney said with a small chuckle followed behind it . I looked at Sydney and smiled. The nurse asked me to leave and they put her in a coma .
I walked out and everyone bombarded me questions . I told Sydney's siblings that she loves them , and Morgan and savannah come rushing in . Morgan asks what happened so I give him the whole run down with everyone listening so I can kill 2 birds with one stone . I told hotch I'm staying at the hospital with Sydney and that's exactly what I did . About 3 hours later I fell asleep in a chair right next to Sydney's bed .
