After I was cleared from the hospital I was immediately flew back to D.C. I went out and got drinks with Garcia ; Garcia and I partied our asses off .
I woke up the next day with a major headache . I downed some aspirin and coke, and watched Netflix for the rest of the day.
I go to the Bureau for my first day back at work. The team never caught the guy , but we have plenty of time to catch him . Every time I walk past a mirror I see myself getting beaten, tortured, and shot. I still have the scars to prove it .
I happen to overhear a conversation between Matt and Reid.
It went like ...
Reid : come on ! Sydney is a just a hook up .
Matt : you'll catch feelings ; I'm telling you ... how do u think me and Kristy made it ?
Reid : never ! I couldn't see myself in a relationship with her , I can't really even be around her for too long , I don't even like her like that , I never will , nor could I even bring myself to ask her out .
Matt : come on man ! You like her
Reid : no she's just a quick fuck , but anyway Garcia said we have a case .
I can't even breathe ... I've wanted a relationship sooo bad . I obviously see that I'm nothing more than a object to Spencer , so I'm just going to be as such .
The team gets back from the case...
" hey Sydney! Are u free tonight ? "- Reid
" no , I have to rearrange my apartment , I answer uninterested and flatly "- Sydney
" I could help , maybe even spice up the night 😉"- Reid
" no , no seriously I'm good "- Sydney
" oh ok call me if u need anything "- Reid
I walk away with my dignity and I will not let Reid's words hurt ; I told myself that on my way home, but they did hurt , did I expect more from Reid ? We exchanged a couple of words.
I had 2 weeks off , so I reinvented myself . I cut my blonde hair mid neck length , and I started wearing more makeup and working out .
That's when I got the call of a lifetime . It's been so awkward talking to Reid after what he said . I got a call from the CIA telling me that they need me to run a office . I had a choice to move to Britain or France . The office is in Britain so I moved to France; there's a mole in the office and I need to find them . Once I do , I can come back .
Honestly I'm ready to leave .
