Sydney's POV: while I was unconsciou
remembered everything . It was like my life was playing like a movie I saw my siblings , Luke , the team , and Reid . While I was on the surgery table these words kept repeating in my head " do u want to give up now ? You've got the life you've always wanted ? Are u going to go out like this? "
5 months later ...
Reid's POV : they're waking Sydney up today . The whole team is going up there ; today is the last day to keep her here. If she doesn't wake up they're going to pull the plug . I'm praying she wakes up .
2 hours later...
Everyone gathered at the hospital . Morgan, savannah, Garcia, reid , Rossi, Emily, and my siblings . Everyone is counting on Sydney to wake up . The doctors briefed us on the procedure . They went and got the tools ready . For the first time in like 3 maybe 4 years I prayed ...
Time to wake her up ...
Sydney's POV : I lie on the hospital bed . Suddenly it feels like I can't breathe ; my heart starts beating really fast .my brain is going like 90 miles per hour . I can't focus on one thing at a time ... I open my eyes and see everyone standing there . Some were holding balloons , flowers , or gifts . Everyone gives me a hug .
About 30 minutes later everyone clears out ; Reid was the only one left , he walked up to me with happy or sad eyes ... I couldn't really tell .
Reid : hey ..
Sydney : hi
Reid : where's Luke ?
Sydney: I ended things
Reid : why ? U two seemed to really like each other .
Sydney : I don't know ... seriously .. I just wasn't feeling him .
Reid's 💭: those words made me so happy, but I'm not going to say anything because this isn't about me .
Sydney : how's Michelle ?
Reid: she broke up with me ...
Sydney : Reid - I'm sorry .
Reid : for what ?
Sydney : leaving out of the blue - I've never really had to tell anyone bye because I was the one who was always getting left . I didn't know what to say , so I did the pussy move and didn't say anything .
Reid : NO .. I'm sorry ... I made a big deal out of hookup that lasted for about 31/2 months .
Sydney: Reid is it true ?
Reid: is what true ?
Sydney: did u mean what you said when u said you loved me ?
Reid's 💭: she heard me ?

As I start to get teary eyed I say " I love you too , Reid ." My sister then walks in and let's me know that she'll be taking me home in 2 weeks .
Reid and i chat for about another hour before he gets a call from Emily telling him they have a case ...
