Well, apparently yesterday's small meals and calorie tracking worked. Down to my goal weight. I smiled again.
Pfffft Ana snickered. Check your BMI again. You're not skinny yet. Set a new goal weight... A lower one, preferably.
So I did. Onto the health website. My new BMI was 22.7. Only a change of .2 BMI points.
That may as well be nothing. Just get your BMI to 21.0. That's a happy medium, I think. You might even have a little thigh gap there.
I checked what weight I'd need to be for a BMI of 21. 134 pounds. I'd have to lose 11 whole pounds just to get an average BMI.
We can do it Taylor! Buck up beautiful, thigh gaps are what guys like. You want that guy... What was his name?

Yeah yeah I get it. Want your man? Here's the bottom line. Hate to break it to you, but: You're too fat for love right now. Lose 10 pounds chances are high that he'll like you. You'll talk. Lose 15 and he might even date you. Imagine kissing him. That's worth 15 pounds... Right? Right. Lose 20? He'll love you. Fall desperately in love with your body that will finally match your heart. What do you chose? Food or love?
I guess she was right. He'll never love me in my current state. Maybe when I'm thinner. I lowered my calorie goal to 1000 per day.
