"Try not to mess this up, got that?" "I should be saying that to you, Fujiko." A cold glare was sent your way from the burglar, which you returned almost immediately. "Wouldn't want you to ruin your pretty little face, or maybe your freshly manicured nails by any chance?" You spat. "At least I care about my appearance." Fujiko scoffed. You glared harder at her and she just returned your glare with a smirk. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?!" "Look at you! All you wear are baggy clothes, do you even try to look good?" You stepped closer to her as you got more and more heated. Fujiko stepping closer as well. "At least I don't have my ti-" "Woah, Woah, Woah!" Lupin nervously laughed and got in between the two of you "Cmon ladies! You two can't just settle your differences for a night?" Lupin asked. You and Fujiko huffed. You glanced down at your clothing, then glanced up at Fujiko. She had on a nice black dress that hugged her figure tightly, she looked...she looked really good. But you kept that comment to yourself. You just had on a rather baggy sweatshirt and some jeans. Looking down at yourself and your clothes only made you more angry. "Barely," You said "Do I have to work with Fujiko?" "And do I have to work with Y/n?" Fujiko asked. The two of you looked at Lupin. Lupin let out another nervous chuckle then pulled the two of you in by your shoulders. "It'd be easier to get by when you have two attractive ladies," Lupin winked "Plus, Goemon, Jigen, and I are doing the behind the scenes stuff. This is mostly you two. Think of it as your time to shine!" You rolled your eyes, but agreed. As did Fujiko. "Just hold your tongues for one night?"
The car ride to the Casino was quiet. You and Fujiko said nothing to one another for the majority of the ride. You both slipped the communicator that Lupin had given you in your ear. You glanced over to see Fujiko applying some red lipstick. Red was a color that suited her well. But, you'd never openly admit that. "Here," Fujiko handed you the tube of lipstick. You looked over at her with a confused glance. "I saw you looking, maybe you should try some." You we're about to get upset before she said "You're cute, but I think a pop of color would make you look nicer?" You calmed down and glanced at the lipstick. Fujiko handed you her compact mirror. You opened it and applied the lipstick. You gave Fujiko her mirror and lipstick back and she smiled at you. "See?" She said "You look so much cuter, you did before but now you look nicer" She said softly. You couldn't stop the blush from forming on your cheeks as you nodded "T-Thank you." She hummed in response. What the hell was happening?
"You two got Inside alright?" You heard Lupin speak in your ear from the communicator. You just finished buttoning up your shirt that you and Fujiko had stolen from a security guard you knocked out. It was all going according to plan. "Yep, what's next?" You asked. "Alright. The vault should be located on the level directly under you. I'm sure there will be a elevator to get down there, but be prepared to defend yourselves" Fujiko nodded at you and you nodded back. Taking the security guards stun guns. You two tied them together and hid them in a empty staff room. Then went to the elevator to head to the lower level. "You're doing really good," You spoke to Fujiko with a smile "Sorry for doubting you." "I should be saying that to you, Y/n." She said with a smirk. You returned the expression with a small chuckle. You two readied your guns, prepared to shoot but let your guard down just a tiny bit as you were met with an empty room. All you two saw was the vaults large door in front of you. "I thought more people were going to be here..." You heard Fujiko mutter. She let out a gasp before calling your name. You were going to turn to her to ask what was up, but you felt a huge amount of pain sprout on the back of your head, then everything went black.
You heard voices, but they were muffled. But at the same time they sounded loud. You couldn't make out what was going on. You let out a groggy groan as you tried to open your eyes. "Good, You're up." You finally made out a voice. You felt a hand grip your jaw and force you too look up. You grunted and squinted, still not adjusted to the light. Once they adjusted you saw a older looking man, wrinkles over his face, thin white hair, and harsh brown eyes stared down at you. "So, you two thought you could get away with robbing my casino?" He spoke to the both of you, his eyes switching between you and Fujiko. You tried to move out of his grip, as he was still holding you, you realized you were tied to a chair, as was Fujiko. You tried moving your head, resulting in his grip getting tighter on your jaw. You clenched your fists behind the chair. "Where is he? Why did he send you broads?" He asked "What the hell are you talking about?" Fujiko played dumb. "I know Lupin the Third sent the two of you." He stated. Well, shit. "So don't play dumb with me. You will be telling me where he is." "We're not telling you shit, asshole." You spoke, anger seeping through your words. The man let go of your jaw, you were thankful he released you, but that feeling was replaced by a sharp pain forming across your cheek and he slapped you. You heard Fujiko gasp as you let out a surprised Yelp. "How dare you!" Fujiko yelled. "You two should tell me where Lupin is, I'm not afraid to hit a woman." You glared at him, you felt the mark on your cheek burning. You only hoped it wasn't that visable. The two of you said nothing. He let out a scoff "I will let you two think on it," he started. "But when I return, you two better tell me where Lupin is. And if not a slap across the face will be the least of your worries." He then turned and left the dimly lit room, only leaving you and Fujiko. You let out a huff then looked over at Fujiko, cracking a small smile. "Looks like he didn't touch you," you started "Good, I'd rather take it then let you." You sighed "What?" Fujiko looked confused. "Why's that?" "You're just too beautiful" you admitted "I'd hate to see a bruise on your face." You let out another sigh and looked away. "I'm sorry, Fujiko." "Sorry?" You nodded. "Yeah, I'm sorry." You repeated. "For being a bitch to you. It wasn't really right of me to say rude things to you. In a way I was jealous, upset?" You said softly. Fujiko gave you a confused glance. "Jealous? What are you talking about?" "You!" You shouted. "You're just so beautiful! And you're able to show it off without feeling bad, I've always wanted the confidence you have. I never felt like I could because of the family I was in. Very creepy parents." You sighed. Finally letting your emotions out. Fujiko said nothing for a bit until she huffed "I'm..I'm sorry too." She said softly "Sometimes I was just rude to you, unprovoked. And that wasn't really right of me either." You let out a small laugh and smiled "Wow you're...you're acting like a decent human being" Fujiko chuckled and returned your smile. The two of you talked about nothing for just a tiny bit, until you heard the door open so you both stayed quiet. The man came back along with two body guards. "So," The man smirked "Are you two lovely ladies ready to go?" "Go where..?" Fujiko narrowed her eyes. The man chuckled and then grabbed the skin of his face. You let out a scream thinking he was literally tearing his face off and fainted, resulting in the chair you were tied in to fall backwards. The disguise came off with a pop and Lupin chuckled "well that didn't quite work out as I thought" The two body guards took off their hats revealing Jigen and Goemon. "What happened to the owner?" Fujiko asked as Lupin went to untie her, while Jigen and Goemon worked on you. "Oh him? We just gave him a taste of his own medicine" Jigen chuckled. Fujiko stood up and stretched after her binds were off, she offered to carry your unconscious body as well. "She's not heavy" Fujiko chuckled as the guys gave her a surprised look as she carried you back to the car.
You sat up with a groan, holding your head. Slowly opening your eyes you looked around, seemingly back at the hotel room. "Good, you're up" Fujiko smiled "I was getting worried there." Fujiko filled you in on how Lupin scared the everlasting daylight out of you, and how she carried you to the car, and now you were back here. "Thanks Fujiko," You started "Don't mention it, the least I could do," She chuckled "The boys are out for a bit, so let's watch some tv or something and enjoy the quiet" you nodded your head. Fujiko smiled softly then pressed a soft kiss to your lips, taking you by surprise. She let out a giggle and sat down next to you on the couch "You're cute when you're surprised like that" "Yeah yeah shut up" You said softly. Fujiko turned on the tv, then gave you a kiss on the cheek.
