The next few months went smoothly for the couple, they decided that today would be the day they tell their friends that they were expecting. Emily looked at herself and smiled placing her hand on her stomach, rubbing it slightly “Your uncles and aunts get to hear about you today” she said. Mike smiled at her and came up behind her, scaring her a little he placed his hand on her stomach and held it “I can’t wait to see our child” he said, kissing Emily on the cheek. “We should go to the doctor to find out how far along I am,” Emily said. “We should, we should also check if our baby is healthy” Mike smiled when he said it. Emily rubbed her stomach once more “Just wait until I get bigger and the baby starts moving” Mike smiled brightly “We should get going” Mike suggested. Emily and Mike started to head to the Shiba house where everyone was. 

When they arrived at the house everyone was sitting in the living area talking about what they all have done the past few months, Kevin and Mia had a daughter who they called Chel she was a little baby, it made Emily and Mike think about their bundle of joy they would bring into the world. “Emily, Mike!” Jayden said as he greeted them. “How have you guys been?” “We have been great!” Emily said happily, she could not wait to tell them the news. “Mia, Kevin I see you guys have a daughter” Mike said, “Can I hold her?” Kevin looked at Mike “Sure Mike” Kevin said as he handed over baby Chel to Mike. “She is so small” Mike said to Emily, “And adorable too” Emily added. “When was she born?” Emily asked. “Just 2 weeks ago” Mia said, “Labor was awful, almost 45 hours of pain” Emily looked at Mike with a discomfort face, Mike looked back at her knowing she had nothing to worry about.

 Chel suddenly started crying “Oh, baby” Mia said as she took her daughter from Mike, “I’ll be right back, it’s feeding time” Mia went around the corner so she could breast feed her daughter without any distractions. “So Antonio, how have you’ve been?” Kevin asked. “Well my good friend, I have gotten a great fishing job here” “Didn’t you already have one?” Mike said. “Well yeah but this is different, it’s a permanent place by the dock, I can cook up the finenish fish without going anywhere else” Antonio said happily. “How about you Jayden?” Emily asked her friend. “Well, I have just been here, Lauren comes and visits every once in a while.” “Where is she?” Emily asked. “She is out doing her things, she has her own things and I have my own” “Hey Jay, there’s something I have to tell you” “Yeah Antonio?” Jayden looked at his best friend confused. “I’m dating your sister” Antonio said in an excited expression, “She has been hanging out with me at the dock'' Jayden looks at his friend feeling happy for him. “At least she knows she is being taken care of a great guy” Jayden pats his back. “What about you guys?” Antonio finally asked Emily and Mike.

 Emily and Mike held each other's hands, then before they could say the news Mia came over with Chel.  “Well guys” Mike said nervously, “Let’s just say” “I’m pregnant!” Emily spits out suddenly. Mike smiles at his wife. Mia stands up and hugs the both of them. “A new ranger!” Mia jokes. “Wow, congrats guys” Jayden says, “That’s awesome” Emily felt very happy, “When are you due?” Mia asked. “Not sure yet, we are going to see the doctor today to figure it all out” Antonio and the rest of the guys pull Mike over to congratulate him “You did it Mike!” Kevin said, Mike felt very happy. “So Mike, what will you name your child?” Antonio asked. “We haven’t thought that far ahead yet” Mike laughed. “Proud of you dude” Jayden said as he gave him a fist bump. Mike and Emily can’t wait until their child is born
