Chapter-6

BENNIE'S POV

I checked for my gun and made it safe on my waistband so that it doesn't fall off. I took a deep breath and got out of my car. As I was about to take a step towards the school, I saw Darin and Emma walking towards the campus. 

How the hell am I going to face Darin? And if Darin is in this school then there is a high chance of his stupid friend Martin going to this same school. How am I going to face him?

"Bennie, you made it!!" I was snapped out of my thought from Emma's cheerful voice.

I chuckled and walked towards them.

"yeah after making tons of promises," I said with a smile.

Fuck!! Darin is coming too!! What am I going to do?

"I and Darin were just betting on whether you will come to school or not," She said as they reached me.

"Darin, hundred bucks please," She said extending her hand towards him with a huge grin on her face.

" you betted on me? And only a hundred bucks? I think I was a priceless friend to you." I said wiping my fake tears.

" Oh my sweet and cute friend, you are priceless but Darin was so confident about knowing how stubborn your dad is so I told him why not bet if you could make to school or not" She resting her both hands on my shoulder with a smile that didn't leave her face for a second.

"Well if your little reunion is over then we should head back into the campus before the homeroom bell rings," Darin said for the first time.

He turned around and started walking towards the campus.

"is he always this grumpy in the morning?" I asked Emma while we start walking towards campus behind him.

" Yeah leave him. Anyways, how is your health? Are you feeling fine?" Emma asked with a concerned look.

"yea-" 

Someone whistled loudly from the back.

Wait, whistled? Who dared to whistle when I am around? And that too the type of whistle when someone catcalls a girl.

" Looks like we have new hot stuff with tons of daddy's money" Someone commented.

Who did even dare to call me that? Whoever this dumbass jerk is, I am going to kill him.

"Martin?" Emma guessed not trying to let me hear but sadly enough I heard it.

I turned around and started walking towards him with my hand itching to reach my gun.

Emma instantly pulled me while shaking her head telling me not to go towards him.

I took Emma hand in mine and gave her assuring nod and started walking towards him.

" Do you wanna taste me?" I said while giving my badass smile.

"Sure, baby. Do you want it now?" He said smiling at me.

I squared up and threw my fist with all the force towards his face. As soon as my hands touch his face, I hear a satisfying crack which tells me that I have given his 3 weeks worth bandage around his nose.

All of the boys around him gasp.

"ahhh! holy shit! What the heck!!" Martin cried from the pain.

"I think my hand was enough to give you an idea how will I taste if you even dare to come near me," I said and turned around to enter the campus.

As I walked towards the campus, I saw Emma smiling towards me. The most shocking thing that I saw was Darin's shocked expression and dropped jaw.

"You might get fly for your breakfast if you don't close your mouth," I said chuckling.
