Y/n POV :

I sat behind Taehyung, and didn't speak at all. I couldn't believe what was happening. I was going to Jungkook's house all because of one awful thing that 𝐼 had to suffer. No one else had to suffer. I had no idea what he had planned for me, and I certainly wasn't ready to find out.

Spacing out, I allowed myself to relax a little. I lifted my head up into dimming night sky and gently breathed. The wind combed through my hair as I shut my eyes for a moment. A moment too short.

A moment interrupted by the deep sound of the young boy I held onto. Taehyung stopped the bicycle smoothly and turned around to look at me,"We're here."

The house was strangely huge and I could hear music playing loudly. There were colourful lights spilling through the windows and flashing right into my eyes. What was going on in there?

Swiftly getting off the bike, I gently tapped his shoulder. He turned around instantly and slightly smiled at me again,"Yes?"

I cleared my throat, looking down, too embarrassed to ask,"Do you have any idea what he's gonna make me do?"

Taehyung transitioned into wearing a guilty expression over his face,"I'm not exactly sure... but whatever it is- it's really just best if you don't think much of it."

He tried to give me a reassuring smile but that only caused me to dread what was about to happen in there even more. It didn't help that the once clear sky was now threatening to spill with nature's tears.

Jungkook POV :

What was taking them so long? They should've been here by now. The pain of knowing that she tried to get out of seeing me, made my blood boil even more. Who does she think she is?

I saw everyone start to come back inside as it started to rain. They were all dressed up for my party and and dancing mindlessly around to the music. Even though there weren't too many people, it still seemed so crowded.

The perfect crowd to shame her.

So many girls made their way around my house, clearly trying to get attention from me. They tried to start a conversation about nothing and just ended up boring me. Even the girls trying to entertain me by dancing around me just weren't able to.

All because of one other girl.

It made no sense. All I wanted was for her to be here, and none of these other girls. But I wanted her here for the wrong reasons.

Just then, I saw the door open and in came my best friend who wore a face of guilt. I stared at him cautiously. There was definitely something up with him.

As soon as he went out of the view, another fragile figure came into view. I felt myself calm down when I saw her in her old worn out school uniform, hair a mess from the bicycle ride probably. Her scared expression.
