The Date pt. 1

George POV:

I woke up with my face nuzzled on Dream's chest, I smiled and closed my eyes, enjoying this moment of warmth I shared with the one who I've longed to be with, ever since we made our first video together, I can't believe he's finally mine. 

I got out of the bed and Dream moved, and put his hands, which were before holding me, under his pillow as he flopped over, he then went back to sleep. I smirked and walked over to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Sap and Dream. 

I mixed up some pancake batter and then I heard Dream's bedroom door creak open and out walks a tired Dream, he had changed into some black jeans and a black, 1 mil hoodie. I smiled, "Good morning~!"

Dream walked behind me and flopped his arms over my shoulders as he laid his chin on top of my head. He groaned as he said a barley audible "Morning". I needed to heat up the pan for the batter so I could actually make food, but Dream was basically holding hostage. "Sir, I need to move." I pointed out, to which Dream replied by sticking out his tongue.

Dream inhaled before getting off and I finally started to cook the pancakes. Sapnap came out and walked over to me, "Pancakes?" He gasped. I nodded and he sat at the table.

Sapnap kept making jokingly comments on my appearance, to which I laughed at but I could tell it was starting to tick off Dream. I looked over at him after Sapnap had said something and he just glared at Sap as he looked up at his phone. Dream had always been protective as a friend, but now that we were...lovers, I'm afraid he'd be more serious about these things.

I finished up the pancakes and put them on plates for all of us. I sat in the chair in between Sapnap and Dream. While eating I felt Dream lay his hand on my knee and I slid my hand next to his, to which my fingers locked between his as we held hands under the table. I looked up from my food and smiled at him, which he smiled back. Sapnap wasn't paying attention as he was enjoying the food. 

"So~! What are we doing today?" Sap asked. today was my date with Dream, so I looked over at Dream for assistance, he got the hint and cleared his throat before he spoke. "We were planning on swimming today." Dream lied, I felt a bit guilty lying to Sap, but It wasn't the end of the world. "Swimming again? We went yesterday." Sapnap frowned and he took another bite of his food. "You don't need to come." Dream looked over at Sap which Sap replied, "I'll just hang out with Karl, we might go downtown." Sap shrugged and I smiled as I looked at Dream. He smiled back, and a few minutes later, Sap got up and rinsed off his plate, as Dream and I repeated soon after.

Dream and I went to the living room and Dream laid on the couch while I sat in the armchair while some news channel was playing talking about some earthquakes that had happened last night. Sapnap was in his room for a little with his door open and I could see him texting somebody, probably Karl. Sapnap got up and he went and grabbed spare house keys, money, and some Jaffa Cakes. He unlocked the door and waved bye to us as he left. 

Dream POV:

George had gotten out of the armchair and laid on top of me, using my chest as a pillow.

Once the door clicked closed, George turned his attention to me as his eyes widened and he smiled. "Where are we going!?" He asked as he was obviously excited to go on our date. 

I smiled as he waited for my response, I put my hand on his cheek, to which he laid his hand on top of my hand and pressed down on his cheek as he closed his eyes and smiled, "Anywhere you like." I suggested.

George got up and grabbed his phone as he started to open an app. After a few moments of silence, with only the TV playing, George had gotten up and sat on the floor next to me. He showed me something on Google Maps and it was a trail mapped out around 1.2 miles. He pointed at some of the destinations along the trail and suggested walking, I nodded and George put his phone in his pocket while walking into my bedroom. I got up and walked over to the keys I had hanging to the left of the door, put it in my pocket, alongside my phone. 

I waited by the door and soon after, George walked out in one of my gray shirts with the hoodie wrapped in his arms. We walked out of the apartment and I stopped to lock the door behind me. I look over at George who is holding the hoodie tight to his chest as he was swaying from side to side in a slow, steady motion. George noticed I had finished and so he started walking towards the elevators, to which I walked to the side of him.

I wrapped my arm over his shoulder, to which he moved closer to me. We got to the elevators and he pressed the downwards arrow button, and we could hear the elevator come from the floors above us, slowly inching closer. It stopped at one of the floors above us, before continuing its trail down to George and me. 

The doors opened, and there was someone in there, a guy who looked about my height, maybe a little taller, he was skinny and had very styled hair, which had a lot of gel by the looks of it. George and I walked in and George took out his phone and showed me some dumb photo he had saved. I chuckled a tiny bit and he smiled, yet he looked sad. I asked what the problem was and he just smiled. "I can't believe your...well...mine!" George replied as he looked up at me with his eyes closed as he smiled. I grinned and kissed him before we hugged. "I love you," I assured George and he just nestled his face into my chest as he wrapped his arms around me. 

We released our hug and he giggled. The other man in the elevator looked at us and when he noticed me see him, he smiled, to which I smiled back.

The elevator doors opened as we had reached the Lobby. We all walked out and the man went down the hall to where the Gym & Pool area was. 

George and I walked next to each other as I had my arm across his back, holding the side his waist. Before we left the building the receptionist looked up from her computer and called me over; "Oh! Clay! Come here for a second." 

I took my hand away from George and walked over to the receptionist and George followed, She glared at him and gave me a look which basically read: make George leave, yet I acted like I didn't understand what she was trying to say. She rolled her eyes. "Would you maybe like to hang out sometime?" She asked with her hand on the underside of her chin as she smiled. I shrugged and agreed and George gave me a surprised look, he looked as if he were about to cry, with those glossy eyes, I could never forget to wince the night he confessed, yes I didn't understand why he was upset. George hugged my hoodie closer to his chest as he lied his chin on it. "So its a date!" She said as she smiled. By now I realized what she was implying, along with why George was upset, "Woah! No! I mean like, as friends!" I explained to her and her smirk dropped and she gave me a look that read, "Wait what?". To this, George looked up and smiled at her, to which she ignored with a huff. "I'm already dating someone." I scratched the back of my head and looked down at George, who then scooted closed to me.

"Sorry, my bad." The reception lady replied with a passively-aggressive smile. I could see her grip become more firm on the pen she was holding. I shrugged and wrapped my arm across George again, while we walked out the doors.

George looked at the ground and chuckled, along with a sigh of relief. "I thought you were going to cheat on me..." George said as his eyes drifted to the side of the road. I laughed at this, "Nobody can replace you, George. And like I said in the elevator, I love you so goddamn much." I smiled, to which he looked up at me. he grinned and turned a little red. "I love you too." He said, to which I joked; "How come you say "I love you" all the time to me now, but not on stream?" I frowned. George chuckled, "This is different." He leaned his head on my shoulder as we walked, and arrived at our first destination.
