Dream POV:

I wasn't fully asleep yet, but as I heard my name be called, I groaned, "Hm?" I responded. I was just trying to sleep since I was still exhausted from swimming. It was silent, I was waiting to hear George continue to speak but he didn't. So I just closed my eyes and while I was about to go back to sleep, George had replied, "Can I tell you something...? Because I feel like now is the only time I have the courage to say so." George chuckled quietly, he sounded pretty nervous but I was just trying to sleep. I sighed. "Is it important?" I asked, but it came off way ruder then I anticipated. Yet instead of George saying something like, "yeah it's not important," he inhaled, "Yeah, it's Uhm...Important" At this point, I was a little concerned, he sounded nervous and said it was important, so I sat up, I rubbed my eyes and then I looked over at him and he was sitting there, he was facing where I was lying down, fidgeting with the sleeves of the hoodie. I stayed quiet waiting for a response, when he noticed me waiting, he grabbed onto the straps of the hoodie and his eyes became glossy, and looked like he was about to cry. "George? What's wrong, what is it?" I scooted closer to him and he stayed quiet. At this point, the drowsiness that drowned my body had disappeared and I gave him my full attention. "Uhm... I-...Sorry, I'm overreacting." He chuckled a little at himself and wiped his eyes. "George...What's wrong?" I repeated and his grip on the straps of the hoodie had gotten stronger and he exhaled, he stayed quiet for a bit, I glanced over to the right where my pc was and looked at the clock I had, it read 1:07 AM in neon red. I looked back at George and he noticed my attention went back to him. "Dream...I-..." I stayed quiet and he inhaled and covered his face with his hands which were swallowed by the long sleeves of the hoodie. He said something but it was muffled.

"What?"  I asked, he took his hands away from his face and he looked down and stroked his fingers through his hair which was something he did often when he was stressed and was trying to calm down. George bit his lip, I could tell he was trying to say it. He just sighed and started fidgeting with his sleeves again. "Nevermind, It wasn't important." He tried to avoid saying it but I grabbed his hand making him blush. "George, Its obviously important if you're this nervous. You can tell me." I tried to comfort him but he just sighed, "Okay...er..." He stayed quiet for a second and his eyes filled with tears again. He inhaled:

"I like you...More then just a friend, but it's okay if you don't like me back! I just don't want this to ruin our relationship...Negatively. And I can just...Get over it!" He turned red and looked to the side. He was forcing a smile, yet he was obviously, extremely nervous.

"I-..." I was stunned by this and George took my silence as a bad thing and he covered his face once again. I could hear a muffled, quiet "I'm sorry." and I just hugged George, he was still covering his face but laid his head onto my chest. "Don't be sorry, and...I...I like you too." I saw his eyes peek up from his sleeves and I smiled at him. "No..I...I love you, George." I corrected myself and he turned even redder, he took his hands off his face and wrapped his arms around me. He looked back at me and smiled. He was still a little nervous, but he was relived. He looked so...cute. I leaned closer to him and I couldn't help but kiss him, I started getting worried, I didn't know how fast he wanted to move our relationship, so I was about to let go of him, but instead he perked up and started to kiss me back. We released each other's embrace and smiled.

I yawned and then remembered, "What about Sap?" George looked at me, he was confused. "Well, he's going to probably assume that we might, kick him out of the Dream Team and he'd just be "third-wheeling"."I pointed out and George looked down, "Right." He just sighed, "Do we need to hide our relationship then?" George frowned. "For now...Until we find out a way to, well, tell him." I suggested and George just nodded slightly. "But...Sapnap's a very open person, he won't mind." George tried to negotiate but I still said no, not yet. George sighed, we stayed quiet for a little before I changed the subject:

"Want to go eat somewhere tomorrow?" I asked as I placed my hand on the side of his cheek, he nodded. "I choose." He said before he yawned, while I chuckled with a grin. "Want to sleep now?" George groaned a bit with his eyes already closed. "I take that as a yes." I chuckled slightly and I laid down, George put his head a little below our pillow and laid his arm over me and I put my hand on his back as I laid my head near his hair. Eventually, we drifted to sleep until the sunlight shined through the cracks of the blinds.
