I Finally post this line

Lotini (Lotus + houdini/or a play on the word tiny ((can be either or))

The Lotus Pokemon

Type: Grass

Ability: Flower Veil or Storm Drain Hidden: Natural Cure

Gender ratio: 87.5% female, 12.5% male

Dex entry 1: Found in ponds. This Pokémon uses it's petal-like fins to disguise itself among lily pads.

Dex entry 2: It looks to be a cross between an amphibian and fish pokemon. Lotini have very small legs the use to walk around when on land.

Dex entry 3: A majority of this species is female. Male Lotini are known for their more sly behavior compared to the females that are usually associated with purity and innocence.

Dex entry 4: Sometimes known as "Vanishing Lilies" since ponds inhabited by this Pokémon appear to have lilies appear and disappear overnight.

Gender differences: Males have smaller petals than the females. Females have longer petals than males.

Lalotus (The in Spanish + Lotus):

Evolves from Lotini at Lvl 19

The Lotus Pokemon

Type: Grass

Ability: Flower Veil or Storm Drain Hidden: Natural Cure

Dex entry 1: Their petals give off a present fragrance. The scent is stronger when this Pokémon is in the water.

Dex entry 2: Females are marked by their long petal-like gills on the sides of their head. The males have much smaller gills and look like they have eye-lashes.

Dex entry: The fins from their pre-evolution have turned into a skirt. These Pokémon gather in large groups and put on lavish performances.

Dex entry 4: Males only have two petals on their back, making it look like they are wearing a tail-coat. They are solo Pokémon that are most active at night

Gender differences: Females have large frills on the sides of their heads like that of an axolotl and a flower-petal looking skirt around their waist. Males have much shorter frills and have lashes on their eyes that resemble a mask (this is a nod to their final form, Gamblar) and have only two petal-looking growths on their back, looking like a tailcoat.

Gender ratio: 87.5% female, 12.5% male

Alouette (Inspired by the name and this Pokémon is based on ballet dancers so it's fitting with part of pirouette):

The ballet Pokémon

Evolves from a female Lalotus at Lvl 33

Type: Grass/Water

Ability: Flower Veil or Storm Drain Hidden: Natural Cure

Dex entry 1: This graceful Pokémon is known for it's dances. Alouette have been known to compete with Peablaze to see who is the better dancer.

Dex entry 2: When they dance, Alouette release a calming agent into the air. It is strong enough to calm even that of a raging Primeape.

Dex entry 3: They are known to meet up with their male counterpart, Gamblar, in moonlight clearings where they will dance together.

Dex entry 4: When Alouette sleep, they raise their petals. People describe them as looking like giant lilies.
