This is just a list of all of the characters making an appearance in Novic (Mostly the Post-game resort area). All of these guys can be befriended and recruited as Battle Resort Partners minus the Professors (with a few exceptions) and a few more.

-Archie (Yes you can befriend these dorks. Archie's the more friendly one)
-Cyrus (Same with Giovanni as you don't really befriend him)

-Colress (Uses SM design and will give you an item so you can fuse Omaraapy and Galasklisk with Necromza. Can be befriended and recruited)
-Shadow Triad (Replaces Ghetsis who is implied to have passed away. They only appear on the beach from time to time and can only be talked to. The triad will give you an item the first time they are interacted with)
-Lysandre (Suffers from amnesia after the events of XY. He doesn't remember much of Team Flare)
-Pokemon Profs (Oak, Sycamore, and Kukui can be recruited to the Battle Resort while the others can't. Sonia makes a stand in for Magnolia)
-Various rivals and minor characters
-Looker (Gets a bit of a larger role with Annabel. Is also befriendable and able to be recruited.)
-Lusamine
-Lillie
-Gladion
-Mohn (Appears at the resort from time to time. Has a little cutscene involving Sirius and Amber being glad to see him again despite him not remembering them. His Zoarark makes an appearance with him)
-Ingo and Emmett
-Ultra Recon Squad (Can appear at the Post game area but will mostly be found in Ultra Megalopolis. Play a major role for the Ultra Beast and Nopperko side quest.)

-Ein (Encountered at Prof Arcadia's House in Rowanoak Town on random days of the week. The player must talk with him if they want to capture the Legendary Beasts and Lugia. Can be battled post game as one of the hardest Post Game bosses)
