Pokemon Novic: The Dranowa Region

When Worlds Collide Event

This is a crossover event that the player can comeplete in order to receive and Ash Cap Pikachu and a few other goodies.

In order to trigger this event, the player will have to have reached it to the Battle Resort (post-game), completed the tutorial there, and have at least visited Ultra Megalopolis up towards the point they receive their mission from Phyco to help study UB Blank. Once these requirements have been met, you'll be able to find an NPC with a telescope set up. Talking to him will start the event.

The NPC will tell you that he's come to Dranowa to stargaze. He mentions seeing some "odd things in the sky" as of recent before stating he swore he heard a splash in the ocean earlier not to far from where one of those odd objects appeared.

Upon scouring the beaches near him, you'll come across a person laying in the sand with a Pikachu standing next to him. By interacting with him, he will get up and glance around before speaking with the player and introducing himself as Ash. He explains his situation and asks the player if there is any nearby Pokémon centers. No matter what the player answers, Ash will run back towards the hotel.

Once the player catches up with him, the two will be approached by Red and Blue. Ash mistakes Blue for Gary who looks confused but shrugs it off anyways. They explain that they have been looking for the player because of something strange going on in the Battle Resort. Some of the other trainers are reporting that their friends behaving oddly (Such as Professor Birch and Brendan's reports of an odd "May" wearing blue, "Calem"hiding in a storage closet and not coming out much to Serena's annoyance, Rosa and Hilda talking about "Nate's" sudden behavior change, and even sightings of a much younger "Red")

Both the player and Ash are confused at this whole ordeal but do agree to help.

The player will the be able to go after each of the Dex Holders in any order after this point. After a Dex Holder is defeated, they'll appear in the lobby waiting for everyone else.

Here are their encounters (WIP):

Note: All of these are Double Battles. Ash will aid the player during the fights and will always lead with Pikachu.

Red - He is found showing off to a group of youngsters inside the hotel. After being defeated, Red will remark on the player's strength and comments that he has never seen those kinds of Pokémon before (makes sense in the context if that have any Dranowan Pokémon in their party). He will then leave to go wait in the lobby. Blue (the game universe) will comment that it feel kind of weird hearing Red speak.

Red's team: Poliwrath, Venusaur, Pikachu, Snorlax, Gyarados, Aerodactyl

Blue - Found standing alone not too far from Red. He gets annoyed by the player bothering him and Ash mistaking him for Gary (again) before challenging the player and Ash. Upon defeat. He does it say much after being defeated but will go meet up with his universe's Red while the other Red just stands there, having watched the battle, says a few "...." and leaves the room.

Blue also makes a remark on Koga, having mentioned how oddly "nice" he was despite losing against him earlier.

Blue's Team: Scizor, Charizard (Mega), Golduck, Machamp, Porygon2, Rhyperior

Yellow - ???

Yellow's Team: Raticate, Dotrio, Golem, Omastar, Butterfree, Pikachu

Green - ???

Green's Team: Blastoise, Nidoqueen, Granbull, Clefable, Wigglytuff, Ditto
